Enjoyable stay.

Pros: Consistent quality year after year.
Cons: China cups in the rooms!
Efficient staff made were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room was good, clean and comfortable, the only gripes were the cardboard cups with the tea making facility instead of china, which really takes the edge off providing this service in the room, and the hot water in the shower was of an inconsistent temperature and was often not hot enough. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. My 95 year old father also found most facilities suitable for someone of his age.

Close to Grand Place but too many extra fees!

Posted Oct 2, 2014
Pros: Clean and great location.
Cons: Cheaper breakfast, no City Tax and more vibrant rooms.
This is a half decent hotel with a clean yet mundane interior. The staff were generally friendly and on request brought us more coffee sachets to our room (on a few occasions). Breakfast was an astounding €20 a day per person and when checking-out we were charged City Tax.

Good business class hotel

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: The location is good as it is central but in a quiet location
Cons: A make-up mirror is necessary and better selection of lotions in bathroom
Location: It is a 4 minute walk to the Grand Place. It is very central
The location was excellent, a short walk to the central station/ Grand Place. The area was also quiet. The room was efficiently laid out and comfortable. The WIFI worked very well. My wife had issues with the lack of face clothes, no body cream lotion and no make-up mirror. Overall I felt it was good value.

Novotel, Brussels is a nice hotel, close to the city center. You can walk almost everywhere and when you need to use the Metro the station is 3 minutes away.

Recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the Novotel for a one night stopover in Brussels. It was better than I had expected. We stayed in a room with our two 12 years' old daughters and it was spacious enough for four people. There was a parking opposite the hotel which cost 14Euros for overnight parking. We walked into the city centre in less than 10 minutes. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.
