Good hotel very convenient for the Midi Station.

Posted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: Convenience for the railway station.
Cons: The breakfast was overpriced at €16 per head. No option for a reduction for a continental breakfast.
Location: The hotel is 25 minutes walk from the Grande Place and the Christmas Markets.
We chose this hotel as only 5 minutes walk away from the Brussels Midi Railway Station (our arrival terminus on Eurostar). The hotel itself is clean and has all necessary facilities and the staff were friendly. The only minor criticism of the hotel is that the instructions for changing the safe combination were non existent. A technician attended to change the combination. Otherwise all else was fine with the hotel. Our stay in Brussels was marred by the theft of a purse with cash and bank cards in the city centre. Beware pickpockets in town!

Very modern hotel, close to Midi station

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Pros: Modern hotel, close to the Midi station and the Eurostar terminal
Location: Close to Midi station, Thalys and Eurostar terminals. Local transport just across the road.
Pleasant hotel and the staff were very friendly and efficient. It was very modern, the restaurant area was light and airy. The room was very modern and comfortable with a large bathroom and all the facilities you would expect. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and filling, enough to set me off for a day sightseeing. Being close to the railway line was a bit of a problem. Next time I will ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. It is not really walking distance to the city centre but the metro and tram stops are just across the road, and daily tickets are quite cheap at 7 euros for unlimited travel.

Thumb up!! Highly recommended

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Pros: Comfortable, clean and good location
Location: Midi train station is just opposite.
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we enjoyed throughout the stay. The room is so comfortable and clean with heavy blackout curtain. The location is directly opposite Midi station, the sound proof is so great that you would not any noise from the street. It is around 15 minutes walk to Grand Place. Very convenient. Highly recommended ^-^

Nice hotel but only if you are Eurostar bound

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Nice hotel rooms next to the Eurostar which is just as well as the area around is awful. Definitely not a place to wonder around after dark and with no restaurant or gym your room may be well used.

Wonderful apart from bad wifi connection

Posted Dec 6, 2014
The staff are pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, and we had a nice view of the street and Brussels Midi Station. The only negative point I have is the wifi is borderline non existent. It's really slow and mainly only works in the lobby.

Great location in Brussels near Midi Train Station

Posted Dec 5, 2014
Pros: I liked the location since it was so close to the train station and I was able to use the hotel's computer in the lobby.
Cons: Maybe replace the carpet in the room with hardwood or tile floors.
Location: The Brussels Midi train station is right up the street and takes about 2 minutes to walk there.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very professional and helpful. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and assisted me. My room was better than I expected. It was very roomy, not small and tight to move around. The room and hotel was very clean except for the rug in my room. It looked a little worn. The bed was sort of firm which is what I like. So I slept well while there. Plenty of coffee and tea in the room. And the room had a table to work on which was very helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel and I will stay there again with no hesitation. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is a few steps to the Brussels Midi train station. And there's a grocery store you have to pass by on your way to the hotel. I read that the area was dodgy but I felt safe walking from the hotel to the train station because of the close proximity and the short distance between the two facilities. Keep up the good work. Great job!

Soggiorno per lavoro

Posted Nov 5, 2014
