Nice hotel very convinient locationPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: location and rooms
Location: nearby not much, but you can get to the city center in 10 min by subway, and easily go to nerby towns from this location
The hotel is a block away for the Brussels Midi stations, so it is very convenient if you plan on traveling to other towns nearby Brussels. The hotel rooms are really nice, updated and very comfortable and clean

Comfortable, clean, nice staff and close to midi sPosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: As above, and good buffet breakfast, very helpful staff
Cons: No stationery in room, only liquid soap in bathroom - would have liked normal bar soap
Enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. Good broadband connection. Good for a business stay

Convenient for stationPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Convenient for Midi Station
Location: Location is a bit seedy but we found a great little place for breakfast
We had booked and paid for a superior room but the room we were allocated (admittedly early in the day) was not a superior one

Few steps away from the train station.Posted Jun 15, 2014
Pros: We were able to relax after a sleepless night on the plane since it was a quiet place.
Cons: I can't say since everything was fine during our stay.
Location: If you like to walk, the major places to say in Brussels are accessible by foot. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Grote Markt.
We arrived early in the morning so our room wasn't available yet. They were kind enough to keep our luggages in a safe place while we started visiting Brussels. The room was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpfull when we needed directions to find a specific address.

Super hotel - next to Brussels Midi stationPosted Jun 8, 2014
Enjoyable stay at Novotel in Brussels. The hotel had everything we needed. Great room with excellent bathroom (with bath), safe, and kettle for tea making. Clean room, comfortable bed and free wi-fi. Evening meal took a little longer to be cooked than we were anticipating but good when it arrived. Probably one of the best hotels we stayed in during our two week trip to Belgium, Germany, Austria, Czech republic and Hungary.

Close to train stationPosted May 30, 2014
Arrived by train and hotel was within a few minutes walk . Check in was very easy and we were provided with a map and walking directions to the city centre. Rooms were clean and very quiet, the mini fridge was useful. Breakfast was ok with a good variety of options . Staff was very friendly and helpful

Very near to train station. But Brussels is a dangerous place. A lot pick pocket.

Loved itPosted May 11, 2014
Very nice hotel, excellent location across from the south train station which was convenient for taking day trips (especially international, which runs out of this station). Contrary to some reports, I found the area and the train station quite safe and I arrived late some nights. Sure, it's not the nicest area in Brussels but all things considered I don't regret my decision to stay here one bit. Great experience!
Good, modern hotel close to trains.Posted May 10, 2014
Modern hotel was sufficient for our 1 night, clean but small room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Near the train station, which is what we needed.
