“Excellent hotel in every way”

An excellent hotel in every way. Excellent location, close to Grand Place, yet quiet at night. Very comfortable room with tv, free wi-fi and tea/coffee making facilities. Excellent breakfast with large choice of food and included English breakfast as well as fresh fruit salad, ham, cheese and fresh pastries (included in our room price). The staff were very professional and helpful. Excellent value for money. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Brussels.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff! Great location, very close to market area and central train station. Beds can use better/more pillows. Hop on/hop off tour buses start nearby. Would stay there any time we're in Brussels.

Just around the corner from the Central station - this hotel was perfect for a one night stay in Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Having been to Brussels many times in the past few years, I'd put this hotel at the top of the list. We arrived early-before checkin time-but were still allowed into our rooms. Hotel was very clean, and even for such a central location, our room was quiet.

Great location for exploring all of Brussels popular historic sites. Good access to dining and shopping too. Very convenient to Brussels Central train station. Use the ramp exit from the station, not the stairs. Nice breakfast service. Rooms quiet and comfortable.

“Novotel- near Grand Place, Belgium--”

centrally located to the old part of town- and the central brussels train station--with direct connection to the airport. Hotel is quite modern, nicely furnished, with very comfortable room with amenities. Free internet in lobby--but a charge in the room. Rate included a free breakfast buffet... quite a wide range of offerings. Lobby opened onto a square that became a weekend market place. Very enjoyable. i'd stay here again-- expedia rate was better than i could get on my own.

Excellent Hotel in a great location. Room was very nice and reception staff welcoming. Had breakfast every morning, very good selection with hot and cold buffet. Bar area pleasent and resonable priced.

Good central location hotel, with modern rooms and very friendly helpful staff, a place to stay when you are in brussels.

“Bargain!!!!!”

This hotel was excellent value for money....apart from the breakfast. It is not too bad if its in with the original price but for 17euros a day its just not worth it. There are plenty of little cafes and sandwich bars around that are very cheap. Very comfortable rooms so much so that we were back early to the hotel every night and didnt feel as if we had to stay away just for our sanity. All in all a wonderful place and i would reccomend it to anyone as well as stay there again myself.
