great hotel 2 mins from Grand PlacePosted Aug 22, 2014
Cons: cheaper breakfast!
Location: brilliant location 2 mins to Grand Place 1 min to car park and train station
Stayed in 1 room with my husband and 2 teenage children which normally is a tight squeeze but this one was slightly larger. The hotel is right next to a car park and the main train station but you wouldn't know it as they are both under ground so no noise from them and you can't see them. Lovely surrounding area full of shops and restaurants. Short walk to a few of the main sights such as the Grand Place.

superb locationPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: location, ease of access
Cons: proper cups rather than cardboard for coffee in the room
Location: brilliant location, easy walk to most of the sights or to transport connections
room a bit cramped for "deluxe" but functional with very good sound proofing, comfortable bed & nice size fold out bed for child

Excellent hotelPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Excellent location, room had everything - fridge, safe, free wifi
Cons: Everything was excellent in the room, we would have liked a ice machine .....
Location: Very central location, with car park right next door. Excellent for visiting the City.
We have just spent two nights at the Novetel in Brussels. The main reason for our visit was to see the carpet of flowers which is in the Grande Place for one weekend every two years. This hotel was perfect for our visit. It was just round the corner from the Grande Place with parking very close. The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was excellent. It had a fridge and a safe and free wifi. All in all an excellent experience, the carpet of flowers was amazing!

Hotel in central BrusselsPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Modern, friendly, efficient and accommodating
The hotel was very central a short walk from the main train station, right off the Grande Place and within easy walking distance to the cathedral, palace, museums - important for us as we have a 5 year old and a 7 year old. The pull out beds for the children in the room were very comfortable and we took advantage of the parents pay for breakfast children go free offer. The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and we loved popping back in to the hotel for brief rest bites from the hustle and bustle of a busy vibrant capital outside.

Great locationPosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Elevator is a little wonky. People kept getting briefly trapped inside, making it bad for claustrophobics.
Location: The Grand Place has amazing architecture, there are tons of shops and restaurants all around, and you can easily walk to many of the museums.
We loved our stay here, mainly due to the wonderful location. Everything we really wanted to see in Brussels was in walking distance. The hotel itself was fine, with a Scandanavian-type (to my unrefined eyes) of decor. The elevator was a little wonky, as it seemed to get confused by its card-swiping system, but not a big deal unless you're in a real hurry. The location's short walk to the Grand Place, and all the areas' wonderful shopping and restaurants, makes this a terrific place to stay.

Hotel stay for TomorrowLandPosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Everything! hotel is in great location; great shape; clean rooms and free wi-fi helps keep you connected. Most of the rooms look updated and new.
Cons: Everything was great, no issues at all.
Location: Close to Grand Place Market, lots of eateries and great architecture adorns the square for your viewing pleasure.
Hotel was great! Easy taxi cab line right outside; clean; lobby looks new and chic; rooms are great as well; well maintained and great pricing for summer time high.

We arrived at hotel early and were greeted warmly and were able to check in. The hotel was nice and had extra amenities. It was very close to the train station and city center.

Pros: Location, location and location
Cons: Friendly hotel staff
Location: grand place, Brussels central station, Metro and lots of eating joints..
We stayed with 2 kids, and its located convenient next to Grand Place and metro station. Lots of food options. Only draw back is the hotel staff they seem to be less helpful than other Novotel hotels that i have stayed. Overall positive experience with the hotel.
