“Modern rail station hotel.”

This is a great new hotel right across the street from the main train station. Perfect for taking a long distance train or a train to the airport. Downtown Brussels is 3 metro stops from the hotel or a 20 minute walk. Spacious modern and clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.

“Very impressed with this brand new hotel.”

My husband and I booked this hotel last minute as nothing "decent" seemed to be available. Was a little leery after reading some of the negative reviews. However, when we got to the hotel, which is conveniently located right across from the train station, we were pleasanatly surprised. This is a brand new hotel and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and airy and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The daily breakfast buffet had a large and varied choice of breads and pastries, cheeses, cold meats, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, juices etc. Other than breakfast, we did not eat any other meals in the hotel, as we went out from morning until late at night, but the restaurant had a nice menu with reasonable prices. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Grand Place. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Very nice hotel across from Gare Midi”

Great hotel and best breakfast on this 3 week trip. The Gare du Midi and the metro are right accross the street. Two stops on the metro to center of Brussels, about 5 minutes. Really large, clean , modern rooms.

“Good, Clean Hotel.”

It's a great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. The only thing I would say is to make wifi free.

“Convienent, Clean, Great for all Travelers!!”

Not only is the hotel just across from the Midi Station, it's a short walk to the Square and other sights. Other reviews described this location as uncomfortable or unsafe feeling, though as a single female traveler had no concerns and was not bothered by anyone walking back at night or using the metro late at night to return. Rooms are nicely sized and bright, crisp. Newly renovated. Only tiny complaints were the lack of real shampoo & conditioner (it was a body wash / shampoo combo) and it would have been great if there was a fridge (may be an option but mine did not).

“Perfect for layover between trains”

Right across the street from Brussels Midi train station, this is a perfect spot for an overnight layover if you're taking the Eurostar to or from London. My only concern was that the full floor-to-ceiling window opened with not railing to protect someone from a multi-story plunge to the street below. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend it with toddlers or small children (or at least ask for a room without that feature)!

“Great location very close to train station”

We found the Park Inn in Brussels to be a very, very convenient location for our 2 day stay. Unfortunately there was a strike by the tram & bus services while we were there and being situated directly across from the Brussels Midi train station was a huge help in us getting out and about. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful - with the exception of breakfast. We didn't sign up for the breakfast buffet as we're not huge breakfast eaters but did request to sit for coffee and cereal. The woman at the front desk said that it would be fine & to let her collegue in the buffet area know that she had okayed it. The collegue in the buffet area wouldn't even seat us unless we signed up for the entire buffet. We tried to explain to him that the reception desk okayed our request - but instead of him walking 30 feet to confirm - he just told us that it couldn't be done. We chose not to continue to argue with him and just caught the train to Brussels Central where we had a superb breakfast. It's unfortunate that the hotel couldn't accommodate our request but all-in-all - it was a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to others - with the caveat concerning breakfast - it seems to be all or nothing!

“Great choice for near Midi station”

Great location directly across street from Brussels Midi station. Hotel was clean and my room and bathroom was larger then expected. Common areas and parts of the room are starting to show wear, primarily in carpets and walls.

“Location, location, location”

Great location, next to Brussels-Midi station. New hotel, large room by European standards. Good breakfast. Restaurant is expensive but there are plenty of reasonable options in Midi station.
