“Value for money. Very near to the city.”

The hotel is a 3-star one, so I did not have much high expectations about the quality and comfort. But I would say I got my money's worth. It's very near to the city center. The National Theater is just across the street. It's a walking distance to the Grand Place, the Bourse, restaurants/bars/pubs, and train stations (both North and Central stations). Its proximity to the city centre makes it safe to go home late at night. But it could be annoying at night, since traffic noise is forever present. The room has the basics. But I hope they provided coffee-making facility and hair dryer. Iron is available near the lobby. The elevator is a bit scary; and the gas heater made a bit noise. Breakfast offered an acceptable array of choices (breads, cereals, bacon/ham, egg, peaches, coffee/tea/milk). Staff were helpful in giving directions.

“You get what you pay for”

You get what you pay for at Queen Anne hotel. It's extremely convienent to the city centre (10 minute walk from the Grand Place), metro station, and the North train station. The room was small, but as I was only there for the weekend it was fine (I was only there to sleep). It's a good breakfast with cereal, bread, juice, coffee (you can have hot food as well). There's also free internet in the lobby. Staff were helpful when I wanted to find out information about Brussels.

“Good enough”

Clean small room and bathroom. Comfortable enough for one or two nights. You have to pay additionally for Internet access. The computer in the lobby has not "Skype". The keyboard of the computer in the lobby is not "english" . . . dificult to use ! Nobody told me about the breakfast when I arrived . . . I missed it !!!!! Central location . . . near everything . . . waking distance. They do not provide AC adaptors !!!

“mainly good”

stayed out late at the bars and when we tried to get back in the hotel, we had to ring the buzzer 15+ times to get someone to answer, and then they yelled at us that we only needed to ring once. That obviously wasn't the case, but only a minor inconvenience. Street was loud the next morning, but without the late-night at the bar this would have been a non-factor. Definitely worth staying for the price.

“Pretty good”

Firstly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable for me. The shower was also good (though I would have preferred larger towels). On this basis alone, the hotel is worth it, especially for short business trips. On the down side, there were a number of places outside the room where quite a bit of maintenance would have been useful, and the breakfasting arrangements were ideosyncratic and should have been signposted better.

“Would stay again”

Hotel is well located. 15 minutes stroll to downtown and 10 min walk to railway station Brussels-Nord. Hotel style I would describe as minimalist-modern. No pictures on the walls, very simple furniture. Single room is tiny, 6x11 foot (standard prison cell is 6x9). However in my case (room 508) it has nice terrace same size as room. Excellent breakfast (included). Personnel is helpful and friendly. Guests are mostly business people so weekends are quieter. If you need relatively unexpensive and well located place to sleep (my case) - this is place for you. If you are claustrophobic or looking for romantic stay - look somewhere else.

“Queen Anne for Ania”

We liked this hotel and it suited our needs just fine (breakfast, internet). The room we had was very big with a dual sink and 2 extra beds. One problem was the tricky lock and doorknob getting the door open.

“Solid Hotel with good central location near Metro”

Hotel was functional for two night stay, close to Brussels Grand Place and restaurants. Administration was efficient on checking-in. Rooms were comfortable and extremely clean without being luxurious - hence 3 star! Would recommend Hotel.

“Good value / location / quality compromise”

Located within walking distance of the Brussels Nord station and also within walking distance of the major sights and Metro. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms small, modern and basic but very adequate. Only negative - no air conditioning.
