“A great pick!”

Really, really excellent hotel; such a contrast to the Hotel Husa, where Expedia put me the other night. 4 stars indeed. Great, safe room; cool location right next to the EU....just awesome. Other reviewers said there were issues but I noticed none, and I feel the pictures here don't do the hotel justice. I didn't eat here (there's a bagel place basically across the street) but I liked being a little away from the hectic hustle of the city and it encouraged me to walk. Good place.

“Comfortable and affordable”

I love the free internet access while other hotels charge 10 Euros for an hour. This one is free!!! The room is modern, clean, big and comfortable. The only downside is the location but once you get to know the city, it isn't so bad. It took me awhile to get there because the directions from expedia was not clear. But overall I love the hotel.

Let's keep it short. Minor problems may arise, but the management team at this hotel ensures you are satisfied at all times. They made sure my overall experience was a pleasure and they also made sure that any problem was solved. Great approach to customer service.

“Great hotel if business in the area”

Great hotel if you have business in the area. Not a great choice if you are on vacation. The surrounding area was deserted on the weekend when businesses were closed. Even if you don't mind walking the 25 minutes to the tourist areas, you might hesitate walking through this neighborhood that made me a little uncomfortable. There were few people on the streets and no other restaurants, other than the one in the hotel, were opened.

“Great hotel for price on weekends”

Great hotel at a great price on the weekends when prices drop dramatically. The location was close to the main attractions. In addition, I was able to find free parking within a couple blocks of the hotel. Parking could be an issue on weekdays though because of the hotel's location next to the EU buildings.

I have a bad experiance in leaving my car outside the hotel in street parking, they broke my car glass and stolen my friend bag, the man in the reciption don't give us enough information about the area

“Great hotel for the price”

This was a great hotel for the price. A little off the beaten path but not bad. The only "complaint" that I would have is that they advertise having parking. There are only a few parking spaces for the hotel and all other guests are on their own and must find parking on the street. Since the neighborhood didn't look bad and it was a weekend, this wasn't a major problem, but could be for some. The service was great and the bar and restaraunt were quite nice.

“A definite must!”

Bright, new and modern hotel with nearly all the facilities required by the discerning business traveller. Very good location near the European Parliament and quite close to the centre of the city. Warm welcome at the reception desk. Excellent executive suite with all amenities. Good breakfast buffet. Just a bit sparse in the lobby.

“Brand new and 1 mile from everything”

Most of the major monuments are within close proximity to this hotel. The hotel is really nice and clean. It's a fairly new hotel so the decor is quite modern. The staff is friendly and can offer pretty useful information to help you get around. The cleaning staff is very prompt and do a thorough job. If you can get a good rate on this hotel, grab it! You will not be disappointed. NB: The supplemental breakfast is 25 euros so don't be to quick to order (unless you are not the one footing the bill). The EU parliament is next door, the King's palace, Leopold park, the Grand place,the cathedral, and the shopping districts are all located within 1 mile of the hotel. On a good day, one can take a nice walk and see all of these.
