“duvets”

For some reason although the beds were big and comfortable the duvet did not cover the whole bed. However we discovered another duvet in the wardrobe so had one each.

“Top Class Hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - two mature couples, who enjoy the best!!! Staff very helpful food excellent - buffet breakfast second to none, and we are well travelled !! Location great - 5 mins walk to Grand Place. Would recommend to all - we stayed on the Club Class floor. Would have no hesitation in staying at Raddisson SAS again.

I enjoyed everything regarding this hotel.The staff were bilingual and very professional. All were quite helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is in an excellent location making it easily accessible to all main attractions. The rooms were clean and there are beautiful views of the hotel atrium from certain rooms. The hotel lobby and and rooms are immaculate and clean. I look forward to returning.

“Smart Hotel, Good Location, Highly Recommended!”

This hotel has a great location, just a few minutes walk from the main sites, yet on a quiet street. Close to Central station which is handy for the Metro and trains for the Airport & Brugges. The hotel itself has an attractive modern design, and the standard rooms have all you need and are a decent size. The staff are friendly and approachable, overall a really good base for a long weekend visit.

“Definitely worth a stay”

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend in June and were very impressed with the overall service, room and cleanliness. The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel is right next to the town centre which means you can walk everywhere. The concierge recommended some really nice restaurants and the hotel bar is fantastic in itself - great cocktails and cigars! We would definitely stay there again.

“Very Pleased”

this hotel was perfect for us. It is located conveniently between the train station Gare Centrale and the Grand Place. Also, within walking distance to St. Michaels and the Place du Grand Sablon. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was very clean and quiet and actually,a nice size, however the bed was small for 2 people and the blankets small. They even had an ice machine on the floor (very important)!

“Excellent”

Booked business class room and was upgraded to lovely large suite. Very impressed. Ate in Atrium Restaurant where food was extremely good. On that basis really wished had had time to eat in the other restaurant which is Michelin starred. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, helpful staff and rooms were lovely. Hotel was very central, just a short walk from the Grand Place.
