Good central hotel

We had some issues with our booked room, but these were dealt with swiftly and professionally by the manager. There are parts of the hotel which are being updated, but this did not affect our stay.

Good location

This hotel is a great location for seeing Brussels, everything within walking distance. A few concerns around cleanliness of the hotel, and as there is building works going on, it was noisy at times, but overall a good value stay.

Great hotel close to all the action in Brussels!

After a stay in Paris we really appreciated the large room and comfort of this hotel. A great place to base our relaxed time in Brussels - a short stroll to the Grand Place.

Good Location - Terrible Luck

Was there for 3 nights and did not get a good night sleep in any of them! Was just problem after problem. The room was like sleeping in an oven! Tv turns on by itself, Cald water in the morning. Maid walks into the room at 9am!

Bien mais pas top

Excellente situation géographique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bonnes prestations. Chambres peu isolées acoustiquement (bruits des autres chambres et du couloir très présents) malgré la catégorie business room. Une simple porte coulissante entre chambre et salle de bain n'offrant aucune intimité.

Centre of Brussels which is what I was after.

Pros: Situation, comfort, excellent staff and overall high standard
Cons: AS I said, the renovation work, but hotels have a difficult balancing act of trying to update with the minimal amount of impact to the people staying
Location: Brussels central station is 10 minutes walk away and from here you can catch to train to the other cities, the main shopping centre is a 5 minute walk
It was a pity that some renovation was taking place during my stay. It didn't really affect my stay however, I cannot give a top mark for the condition due to this. Staff were excellent, room was perfect, and I will definately stay there again to my return to Brussels next year

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Pros: Die Loby und die Zimmer.
Cons: Einfahrt der Tiefgarage
Location: Mitten im Herzen Brüssels. Alles gut erreichbar zu Fuß.
Das Hotel ist wenn man rein kommt schon ein Hingucker. Die Rezption, sowie der Service waren freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber un gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.Das Frühstück war reichahltig.

Close to Christmas markets

Pros: The room was a good size and was decorated to high standard. We liked the touch of bath robes and slippers. We loved the coffee machine in room.
Cons: There were No complimentary biscuits to go with the complimentary coffee in the room. That was the only thing missing in the room.
Location: The hotel is near both a metro station and the Christmas markets.
Arrived at hotel early and was very pleased to find out we had access to our room. Reception staff pleasant. Although internal work begin carried out . There was no distruption to our stay.

A family visit to Brussels

Pros: The location
Location: Everything worth seeing is within walking distance.
The hotel was undergoing renovation so the breakfast area in the Atrium was closed (a fact not advertised on their website) the staff were polite and helpful particularly the concierge. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was ok, a good variety but the quality was not great - terrible coffee, long life milk and powdery scrambled eggs ( really odd tasting). We had to ask for a high chair repeatedly and like the rest of Brussels not child friendly.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff

Pros: pleasant staff, good breakfast
Location: Slightly out of the way for most things in Brussels. The old part of Brussels and the Xmas markets were lovely
Stayed 2 nights in a junior suite in order to visit the Xmas markets in Brussels and Bruges. The room was spacious, breakfast was excellent, staff were very nice. It was a fair walk to the markets and the station.
