Easy to see Brussels from

Good location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and almost all you would want to see in Brussels. Staff are great, room was good and will stop here when i return.

Nearly perfect hotel in the ideal location

Pros: Location, staff, looks of the hotel, value, pretty much everything.
Cons: Pillows, as usual, were too small and too flat. I am very picky with pillows and have only found one hotel that had pillows I'd consider comfortable.
Location: Perfect location next to everything or transportation to easily get you where you don't want to walk (bus, taxi, metro, hop on hop off bus, etc.)
We travel around Europe a LOT and this was one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The location is perfect for anything you would want to do in Brussels. The staff were all excellent and the person that checked us in went above and beyond my expectations. We arrived early, as we usually do, and went to the hotel to drop off our luggage, as we usually do, and the person that checked us in actually suggested we look to see if a room was already available (it was before 11 AM, so I assumed that wasn't going to happen) and we were in our room less than 5 minutes later. The hotel is very nice inside and the room was clean, very quiet, and had a nice garden view.

Comfortable hotel near the city centre

I stayed here at a Business Class room with my parents for a short city break. The hotel is very easy to find and quite close to sight-seeing places such as Grand Place and the Cathedral of St. Michael. The interior view is very pretty with palm trees and koi ponds. Friendly helpful staff (not just front of house but kitchen and waiting staff too at the restaurant), good facilities (nice powerful shower, coffee machine/hot drinking water supply, gym access included but I didn't check it out) and great breakfast buffet. On our last day the concierge kindly called a taxi for us to Gare du Midi, it arrived quickly to pick us up and the journey cost less than 12 Euros. It's nice to not be ripped off by a taxi driver at an european city for a change haha. The hotel is lovely and I have no complaints thanks, however I do wish to point out the booking confusion with Expedia. For Business Class rooms breakfast is already included and wifi is available to all guests at the hotel, so I don't understand why Expedia gave me the option to pay for these items as extras? I am glad I didn't "upgrade" as they were a little expensive and where would the money have gone? Also as I was booking a room for 3 adults, there was not a mention of the 3rd bed anywhere during the booking process (only double bed/king/queen size etc). Luckily everything worked out ok and the reception staff told us an extra bed has already been placed in our room when we were checking in.

Weekend break

Cons: See above, background music in dining area
Good central location, comfy beds, although 3rd put up bed not really suitable for adult. Service in hotel restaurant very slow, also could do with a little music playing in the background as no atmosphere.

Great staff, very central location

Pros: The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. And they let us check in 2 hours early as they had already cleaned the room which is very efficient.
Had a really good weekend, everything is well laid out. Wi-fi is free, easy to access and fast, the iron is a nice touch. The views down to the inner atrium were fun as well and let lots of light into the room while being on the inner side of the corridor. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and they let us check in 2 hours early as they had already cleaned the room which is very efficient.

Reasonable in the Center

This place could use some TLC, but, hey I didn't think I was gonna get The Ritz for what I paid. Take a taxi; it can be hard to find considering how Brussels is laid out and the hotel's location.

Definate worth a visit

This hotel is very central yet on a fairly quiet street. Hotel is excelant and as we upgraded to a business class room breakfast was included. One dissapointment was that the lobby bar was closed during our visit. There are bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Overall had a great trip and would not hesitate to recommend the Radisson for comfort and value for money.
