Goed hotel. Prima personeel.

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Het ontbijt is zeer goed en uitgebreid. Was bij ons inclusief verblijf.
Cons: temperatuur, algemeen.
Location: Brussel centrum, veel activiteiten, winkel en dinermogelijkheden. Zeer ruime keus.
Openbaar vervoer is goed bereikbaar..

I was very happy with the service I received. I also got upgraded. The pool area was a bit crowed but I loved my stay.

albergo confortevole vicino alla zona europea

Posted Mar 27, 2015

Dejligt hotel i rolige omgivelser.

Posted Mar 23, 2015

Fijn hotel in Brussel

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Prima kamer; rustig. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Prima uitcheck service.

Day trip tours with pickup from hotel

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: I went on this trip alone. I felt safe at this hotel and in this neighborhood. There was a security guard on duty throughout the night.
Cons: The only free wifi was in the lobby unless you used your Marriott Rewards. I bought through Expedia so I couldn't get Marriott Rewards on this trip.
Location: The concierge has information on tours, etc with pickup from the hotel. There are 3 hour tours, 7 hour tours and 9 hour tours.
Everyone was great. The concierge helped me to get a tour with pickup right from the hotel. I forgot that the electrical outlets are different in Europe than North America, but the front desk had adaptors that worked for my laptop and curling iron and they charged my cellphone at the front desk for me while I used my laptop in the lobby. There was a $15 holding charge for the adaptor that they removed when I returned the adaptor, so that was okay. The hotel was beautiful. My flight arrived in the morning and check in and check out is at 3 pm so I had to wait until 1:00 pm when a room was ready. They kept my luggage for me and I got changed into my swimsuit and enjoyed the pool while I waited for my room. There were two inexpensive cafes on the corner across the street from the hotel. I had a quiche at one and a wrap at the other - both very affordable. The hotel had a nice restaurant, but I was on a tight budget and it looked too nice to be within my budget so I didn't check it out.

Noisy and Manager does not respond to emails

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Cons: Service, consideration for hotel guests, response from staff
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel in early February 2015. The first night was nice. The second night at 10 pm I was in the shower and heard extremely loud music. I went into the hallway and discovered that the noise was too loud to be coming from one of the rooms. I went downstairs and the staff told me that they were having a staff party in the "party room" below our room on the 2nd floor. The music was apparently turned down a bit but was so loud that we could not sleep. We had to get up early to catch a train. They suggested we change rooms which we did at 11 pm so we packed up everything and moved rooms. The room they moved us to was facing also on the 2nd floor but faced a busy street so the traffic kept us up all night. In the morning the staff told me to email the weekend manager. I emailed the manager that day and a month later have had no reply. I would never go back to this hotel.

Superb hotel, close to financial area, expensive

Posted Feb 21, 2015
A wonderful breakfast spread every morning (hot and cold buffet), friendly and helpful staff, very smart business-like hotel. The gym gets very busy between 5pm and 7.30pm but the pool is nice and relaxing. We had a super, large room but ask for a quiet one round the side as the refuse collectors come round at 3.45am (we were in a room on the side street but still heard them)! Quite a few nearby restaurants and bars. Hotel extras are quite pricey if the extras are what you usually you go for. It's a 15 min walk to the nearest metro and a five minute metro ride to the tourist areas, or you can walk all the way in about 40 mins.

Superbe séjour

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Chambre, piscine.
