“very nice hotel”

The hotel is new and modern, servicies are at high level, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, staff is friendly. I liked the security system that didn't give an access to the flors to anyone exept hotel guests.

“Great location and relative value”

Very nice hotel in a great spot in Brussels. Compared to other similar quality hotels in Europe, the rates are very favourable--much like Brussels itself which is noticably less dear than other major cities. Invest a bit extra in a nicer room--you won't be disappointed.

“Superb service quality”

Quality of service is excellent especially in including but not limited to concierge, restaurant, and housekeeper. Every staff is very kind and efficient. Building is not fabulous but satisfactory. Very convenient for sightseeing in Grand Place.

“An Exceptional Hotel”

The staff at Hotel Amigo was universally friendly & extremely efficient. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was well-maintained & quiet. The location - a short block from Grand Place & a 5-minute walk from the Central Train Station - was great. This hotel is not cheap, but if someone wants to splurge we can think of no place better.

“Perfect weekend stop”

Perfect location just 50 metres from Grand Place and 100 or so from the mannikin. We stayed a Saturday night and although obviously leisure travellers and short stay the staff made every effort to help in any way. We didn't try the restaurant as there are many more in the area. The bed was so big you needed a sat nav to get to the other side! I would always use this Hotel, if possible, in the future if having a weekend in Brussels as I could not fault the service and the quality of the room

“Excellent hotel”

This was our second visit to the Amigo and as before it did not disappoint. The ambience, decor and service are excellent. The only drawback is the bar service which is a little slow. The restaurant is expensive (especially with the pound being so weak at the moment) but the food superb.

“To us, it was an Oasis in Brussels!”

We had had a disappointing hotel in Amsterdam, so arriving at Hotel Amigo was like heaven. The hotel staff is pointedly polite and cheerful, the room was crisp and clean and the best part is that the bathroom was the BEST SHOWER i had ever had. Good fixtures, high water pressure, etc. we loved this hotel.
