This was the nicest hotel during our two week trip to Europe! It was very close to the train station as well as the major attractions and restaurants. The hotel is clean and smells wonderful. The room was big, the bed was so comfortable, and the specialty coffee maker was a nice touch.

Great location! Very nice & modern hotel. The rooms were spacious. However, their wifi was painfully slow - my only complaint. A 10/10 hotel otherwise.

We had a great stay at Pillows hotel. The check-in experience was really nice. The hotel smelled nice. There were welcome cards and chocolates on our bed, hand cream and complimentary water on our night stands. The shower was so comfortable, with Pillows shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, slippers and robes. The TV was a smart TV. And there was a small radio/speaker. I enjoyed watching movie at night and playing music in the morning. We didn't ask for room service since we were only staying for 2 days. But when we came back to our room, there was a bag with clean towels and new shampoo/conditioner which was no sweet. The St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral is right around the corner so every morning we heard loud bell ring, but it didn't bother us. We didn't receive a room upgrade for Expedia VIP, because the hotel was fully booked. But we had a wonderful experience nonetheless.

Loved my room! It was very specious for European standards. Also loved the card for a free welcome drink and chocolates on my bed when I checked in. Great food at the restaurant! Location can’t be beat!

Convenient stay
We stayed in the family room as a group of 4 people for a weekend stay. Perfect size and spacious really comfortable and the hotel is a really central to shops and tourists sites.
