Nice hotel, good location.Posted Sep 30, 2013
Pros: Close to downtown, but far enough away from must tourists.
Cons: No, the hotel and staff where very helpful.
Location: Didn't seem to be a lot of tourists, so you get a good local feel.
Took a 3 hour walking tour that ended in the downtown area and it took a nice 30 minute walk back to the hotel. Not in the middle of the tourist area so it had a good local feel. The Sunday market was great to pick of some local fruit and breakfast,

Great location, facilities and pricingPosted Sep 2, 2013
Location: Restaurants Shops Key tourist areas Walking distance to everything - we did!
My wife and I stayed at this hotel in August for 2 nights and were impressed with the following: Excellent location - opposite a suare with good restaurants and close to a train station, walking distance from town if preferred Excellent comfort levels - spacious, comfortable and luxurious (not to mention the gym and steam room) Excellent service - professional but friendly staff Excellent pricing - for a 5 star hotel the room rates were very competitive and excellent value for money It helps that a Neuhaus chocolate shop is in the hotel building - wonderful

A really fantastic hotelPosted Jul 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
A luxurious hotel with decent weekend rates. The service was outstanding. Great location on Place Jourdan, one of the lovliest squares in Brussels. Ideally located for access to the EU institutions or for a holiday with a continental feel. Near Parc Leopold and Parc Cinquantenaire for nice runs/walks. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the outside terrace on the top floor overlooking Place Jourdan. Place Jourdan has a food market every Sunday morning.

Lovely HotelPosted Jun 5, 2013
Pros: Friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Breakfast was too expensive to eat in the hotel.
Location: Easy location to get too buy taxi or underground. On a square that has restaurants and bars. Good base for the European Parliament.
This is a lovely hotel, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It is a little out of the centre of Brussels, with about a 20/30 minute walk to Grand Place, but it is situated on a lovely square with several restaurants and bars around.

Very restful stayPosted Jun 1, 2013
Pros: quiet room, rain shower head, comfortable beds
Cons: none I can think of
Location: Hotel is a bit out of the heart of the city but very close to a couple of parks. I encourage you to take a moment to wander around the neighborhood.
We stayed Softiel Brussels for 3 nights after arriving in Belgium and the hotel was exceptionally nice and restful. The rooms were very quiet. We rarely heard any noise from the guests coming in around us. The rain shower was a real highlight. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is a close walk (10 minute) to the Shumann metro stop for easy access into the heart of the city.

Pros: Comfort, staff
Location: Quite close to the EU area, restaurants and market nearby. But not busy or buzzing. Close to station so , you can easily go to more buzzy places.
