“Great place to stay in Brussels!”

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the hotel itself was absolutely perfect in every way, and we can't wait to go back. It was a pleasant walk to the Grand Place and right next to Place Jourdain, where we got our breakfast at the Sunday morning market.

“Hotel stay great; skip the restaurant trickery”

After coming from visiting Paris, it was a wonderful change: Luxury, spaciousness, beautiful, contemporary. Loved the Hotel itself. Just don't eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was not a happy experience. They brought to our table a bread basket for breakfast, then menus. We chose from the menu which was reasonable in price, not the expensive buffet (34 euros each) . After eating, they brought the check, of 16 euros. Then, they took the check away and told us it was going to be over 70 euros because we ate 1 croissant each from the basket and had coffees along with a menu item each!! --Which was more cost than the buffet!! We were stunned and they said they would discount to be 30 euros total instead. Well, when we got our credit card bill it was back to 70 euros. We will fight this charge!!

“Five star experience”

I am planning a meeting at this hotel in November, so I wanted to stay overnight to experience the hotel. I am a bit jaded at times, but this hotel was remarkable not only because of the helpful and courteous staff, lovely room, and comfortable bed, but also the excellent chef and business services that were provided. The location is an quick cab ride from the airport, and within walking distance to the EC and center city. The only drawback is an under-stocked minibar - drink only.

“Great hotel for business or leisure”

Stayed here for 4 nights in Sept '08. Checked in early with no problems. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, albeit pricey. Stayed in a Sofitel Suite. The room was very big and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable.
