Great and helpful check in staff. A magnificent sauna and a gym on the 23rd floor with a view. Extremely cool room with super view and very comfortable atmosphere. Cool lobby. Location is great. Next to shopping street and 10 mins walking distance to the old town.

Lovely stay!

Posted Oct 3, 2014
Location: Lots to see and do in beautiful Brussels and only an hour away from Bruges.
A present to my parents for their anniversary - they said they had a lovely stay and want to return! They were upgraded on arrival and given chocolates and afternoon tea in celebration. They said the staff were very accommodating. Also the spa was a great bonus!

Nice Stay!

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The ambiance is very nice. The area is high class with expensive shops nearby. The rooms are nice. Staff was great! Attractions a short walk.
Cons: The one shared door for the shower and toilet is a little weird. More offerings at breakfast.
Location: Location was nice with high end shops all around. The main squares were a 15 minute walk with some cool sites on the way.
I think everything was excellent from the location to the facilities. My only drawbacks were, for such a nice facility would it hurt to have a shower door, and a toilet door? One door is used for both spaces. Kinda familiar for room guests that aren't married. It's almost as if the hotel decided to save the money and combine the two with one door. Maybe it's a French thing, dunno!! I will say, I liked how breakfast was served on each floor. Don't have to fight the crowds of the entire hotel, only your floor. However, the offerings were a bit scarce. Only hot dish available was scrambled eggs.

Gorgeous hotel

The hotel was beautiful. Nothing to complain about. It was situated in a lovely part of brussels with high end stores surrounding. It is a 20 min walk from the shuttle from the airport and a twenty min walk into the town center

Great hotel. I

Great hotel that is spacious, modern, clean and the room rate was quite reasonable. It is quite close to everything. It is in the shopping district with two metro stations less than two minutes away. It is a twenty minute walk to Le gare midi (5 min via taxi). The palace is a 10-15 min walk and le sablon district is a 10 min walk behind the hotel. Would stay there again

Excellent hotel in very good location

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Almost everything.
Cons: More drawers to organize better my clothes.
Location: It is in a posh area of Brussels with fancy stores nearby. Close to the Metro relatively close to most attractions in Brussels.
The hotel is in a fancy area of central Brussels, close walking distance from the Metro stations and a 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions in and around the Grand Place-Grote Markt. Welcoming lobby with friendly staff at the reception desk. The hotel is modern looking; six elevators so I never had to wait more than a minute to use one. The room is of a good size, clean, nicely decorated and very functional. Multiple electric outlets and a large screen TV with numerous channels in a wide variety of languages. There is a large and comfortable bed. The view is fantastic as my room was in the 11th floor. The only thing I missed was more drawers, which perhaps may be added to the lower part of the closet. There is a mini-fridge with complimentary water and soft drinks. Breakfast was not included in my reservation and was offered to me at the time of checking in at 19 euros/day. I think that it is slightly overpriced but that is the norm in most hotels of this level. I didn't try the restaurant. Overall excellent hotel, more than I expected for the price of the room and the convenient location

Well located comfortable modern hotel.

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Good location, recently refurbished hotel - modern clean and comfortable. Good food. Well designed public spaces. Helpful staff spoke good English.
Cons: Decor a bit starkly black for my taste. More fresh fruit for breakfast please.
Location: Next to delightful small park, good transport links and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Range of shopping in Bvd Waterloo and around Louise.
I stayed two nights at a business event. Very pleasant stay, and easy to pop out for a quick break.
