“"Never again."”

Besides the intimidating ordeal before they finally picked me up at the airport, there were children and adults running and yelling through the hallways all evening long until almost midnight. I had to open my door and ask them to please be quiet so people could sleep. Given the very rude and intimidating treatment before I even checked into the hotel and the noise and disorder after I checked in, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. To add insult to the situation, at check in they sensed how upset I was with the pick-up ordeal and tried to apologize by offering me a free drink. I had paid for the hotel upfront as is the normal policy with Expedia reservations, yet the hotel at check out tried to charge me an additional 37 Euros for some unexplained charges. I refused and left the hotel.
