Business Trip

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Cons: Lift Capacity and a closer watch on the breakfast quality
Location: Business trip ideal for Metro
The hotel is good and well located, rooms well appointed and clean. Although there are four lifts there is pressure at peak times which results in lengthy waits. Only used the dining room for breakfast which served the usual wide continental selection - some of the cooked food was rather rubbery. Overall a comfortable stay and I would consider another stay.

Good location in Brussels

Posted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Free wireless is basic service now all over the world. Cleanliness should be improved, its a 4 star hotel...
Location: Location is great. 4 mins to Brussels Nord.
Close to the North train station, which is nice coming from Brussels airport. The rooms are not overly clean. You also have to pay for internet if you did not book directly with hotel. The room was a bit dirty, with dustballs and long hairs all over the bathroom floor for example...

Nice hotel in center of town

The room was comfortable, staff were polite. There is no room service and only breakfast available in the hotel. It is close to restaurants though.

Hotel was close to downtown attractions in Brussel

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: could walk everywhere as long as you were not alone and an obvious target
Cons: Breakfast buffet could be a little more reasonable price wise.
A nouveau hotel theme with very bright neon colours(greens, orange and black). The chairs at the bar were meant for design not comfort. The buffet breakfast was pricey at 27 euros during the week. It was an excellent location, however vigilance had to be used to walk around the hotel area as there were a lot of street gangs working the area.Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Nice hotel with decent price.

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Nice, comfortable modern room, friendly staff.
We arrived late to the hotel at night due to our flight being late. The staff was very nice in helping us check-in right away and he knew we were really tired so he gave us an extra hour to check out the next day. The room was a decent size, large tub & shower. The room also came with a small fridge, a safe to store your personal items and an electric kettle to make your instant coffee. We walked to the central square which is about 15 mins away from the hotel. Breakfast was not included w/our reservation (very expensive at this hotel), so we ended having breakfast elsewhere. Wi-fi was only free for 1 hour and you have to pay if you use more than that.

Modern hotel, close to amenities

Posted Aug 15, 2014
The hotel was very nice and modern. It was also located in a good area. Close to the metro (Rogier station), train (Nord Station) and about a 10-12 minute walk to Grand Place. The only issue I had was the lack of free wifi for the duration of my stay (you receive 1 hour free and have to pay for any additional service you want). This seems very cheap on the part of the hotel.
