“a treasure in the heart of Brussels”

We were really pleased with Urban Rooms, especially with a truly beautiful modern design, very convenient location and surprisingly decent price. Very tasty continental breakfast with variety of choice, served at a time convenient for us. Since it's only 3 rooms, the atmosphere is really cosy and home-like. On top of our beautiful room we also had a lounge and a common balcony at our disposal. Since we spent weekend there, we were the only guests, and there was nobody at the reception/office from Friday afternoon until Sunday night when we left. It made it it feel even more private, however since nobody was coming over the weekend we were asked to pay for our stay upfront. As much as we liked the service in the end, we weren't too pleased to be asked to pay for it before we left. I don't even think we've been asked for that before, even in the most shabby B&Bs.

The hotel is quite close to a Metro station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The manager was friendly and helpful. There are only 3 rooms and a breakfast room / living room.

“Bargain in Brussels”

Ideally located for my business meetings. Only three rooms but clean and tidy with good double glazing - almost unheard of in Brussels!. This is not a hotel but for a very reasonable rate you get a clean, tidy, quiet, comfortable room for the night with breakfast provided. Certainly better value than many hotels within central Brussels.
