The only downsides were the temp control in my room as it defaulted to 22.8 deg C with no ability to reduce (in the end I switched the so called Eco aircon off alsothe breakfast at 27,50 Euro was steep!

I stayed two nights. Everything was fine. The fitness center is excellent. My only complaint is the wifi didn’t work in my room. Nobody was able to fix it. The buffets were good and the staff were generally helpful. Book the shuttle in advance because they fill up.

Very bad for a Van der Valk
Terrible cleanliness. Mountains of dust in the room. Paid for mini bar not stocked. 6 calls over 5 hours and several promises later and still nothing. Had to go to front desk and even then they couldn't get it right. Bath all scratched with red marks, marks on mirrors. Breakfast good one day but lots of things missing the next day. Overall run down with horrendous customer service. Asked for a follow up from the hotels GM bit nothing yet. By far, the worst of 20 + Van der Valk hotels I've stayed at

Overall, Excellent. I wish they had North American beds instead of European split beds. Also wish they didn't have plastic drinking cups in the room, glass for the environment.

Very nice hotel for a morning flight
Room was amazing. Was hard to find the room. First time to use kiosks to check into a hotel. We were not able to get our first choice of airport transport as it was already booked, so book it early.

Hotel was great all around! Room was great size, hotel was decorated very nice for the holiday. We watched the World Cup in the bar, food and service was great. Caesar wrap was very good! Recommend this hotel if you are staying close to the airport, was a quick trip with Uber.

On arrival the hotel was overbooked and turning away guests with paid reservations. They changed my room to a "superbox" without bothering to tell me, it was a box but not super, toilet and bed in the same space, dark and dingy, OK if you're only going to walk in, sleep, and walk out. No food available at all after 23:00. The breakfast buffet is pretty varied and decent, the superior room was pretty decent, the restaurant was OK but with a pretty limited menu.

Checking in late night was a nightmare because there was only one person at reception and there was a huge line. It took us almost 2 hours to get to our room (which is especially frustrating after arriving at 1:30am from the airport). This is not unique to our experience as another group of people started lining up behind us when we got to the front (presumably from the next flight). Absolutely awful experience.
