“Best Choice in the Area”

Our poor front desk clerks had to try 3 times to re-program our door keys to get them to work but the room was great. Breakfast was hot and great. Would stay there again.

The hotel was recently renovated and was very well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was well situated. Breakfast was extremely well organized and had plenty of selection. There was not a restaurant so we had to go out but there was a Ruby's Inn Best Western right next door.

“Ideal location for Bryce Canyon.UT”

Modern hotel, one of two Best Westerns very close to each other. Clean and well furnished with competent front desk personnel. Little bit difficult getting a breakfast table due to tour travelers having to assemble at a specific time for their breakfast Ruby`s restaurant across the road quite good, though very busy as tour bus travelers tended to all arrive at the same time for dinner and leave around the same time, so outside of this is OK.. No complaints about this hotel. Would return.

“Excellent hotel, very good complimentary breakfast”

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It only received 2 stars.... we were not sure how that happened. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was above standard and the hotel amenities were impressive also. We extended our stay here, and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will make this our Bryce Canyon preferred accomodation.

“Great place to stay!”

We enjoyed staying at the Best Western Grand. It's less than 1 mile from the entrance of the park. The hotel is new, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast included hot food--scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, etc. The rates are very reasonable for all that we got.

“Awesome Stay ... Stay Here EVERY Time!”

I loved this hotel. I haven't visited Bryce for several years ... and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great hotel ... and a brand new one at that (1 year old) ... so close to the park. The lobby is spacious and beautiful ... just like the rooms. I couldn't get over how spacious the rooms are ... and how beautiful the decor is ... I especially loved the bathroom with the wide sink area, 2 sinks and that shower and toilet in a separate room behind a door. It's so nice to be able to use the sink/mirror area ... while someone is using the shower.

“Convenient and friendly”

Arrived at Bryce Canyon Grand late in the afternoon and the staff was very efficient in the check in process. The "continental breakfast" was actually a buffet. The food was hot and was always being refilled so it stayed fresh. Very happy with my experience.

“Doesn't get much better than this”

Pool/jacuzzi was nice, large breakfast area. No shop or store, but just go across the street to Ruby's for anything you need. Good sized room. Quiet area, parking was close and sufficient. Elevator a little slow and not enough of them, but still a really great hotel. Pretty much how I would run it if it were mine.
