The hotel for winter in Bryce Canyon

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: Very close to the park. Offers grocery, postal, restaurant, laundromat, and lodging when most operations close for the winter.
Cons: heating system in the room.
Location: Red Canyon, Zion NP, and 3 state parks
We went in the first week of January ... so, not much choice lodging wise close to Bryce Canyon NP. The hotel offers all the facilities we need. In fact, it offers more than we expect on low season. The only problem we experienced was the heating system, it went cold/hot/cold/hot during the night disturbing comfortable rest.

Great Stay near Bryce Canyon

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: Room with two king-size bed available!
Cons: The only place to eat to eat around is at Ruby's Inn Restaurant located at the hotel itself. The food is decent but service is pretty crappy......
The lodging is right near the entrance of Bryce Canyon, which made seeing the sunrise convenient.

Nice stay for New Years Eve

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: The pool, and the nice room amenities like the fridge and microwave.
Location: Bryce Canyon was beautiful with snow.
We had a great time while staying at Ruby's. The indoor pool was perfect after ice skating. We were comfortable in our room with a large tv for the football games and the fridge and microwave helped a lot.

Close hotel to Bryce canyon

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: This hotel has nice indoor pool.
Cons: We couldn't take hot shower at night. Only cold water runs. But next morning we took hot shower.
Location: General store and shopping center is in hotel.
We visited Bryce canyon twice for the sunset and sunrise. The hotel is very close to Bryce canyon National Park.

OK room but tub is noisy

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: It has a great General Store
Cons: less noisy bath tub
Location: Bryce National Park
Room is OK. We have a room with 2 queen beds and that's about an average room size but the tub seems to be "glued" on and makes the squeaking noise when you take shower.

Room is nice and clean. Love the indoor pool. Wish it came with breakfast but they do have a decent restaurant on site.

Food an issue

Posted Nov 28, 2014
Food is an issue. There are no restaurants in the area. You are at the mercy of the food provided by Ruby's Inn. The choices were limited to a mediocre buffet or pricey menu items.
