Great location, entryway to Bryce

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: location
Location just can't be any better. Right next to the shuttle stop, restaurants, general store etc. There are several other hotels in the area, but much more expensive. The rooms are tiny, but had some storage space next to the bathroom (bench, shelves), so we were able to fit all 5 suitcases and numerous small backpacks right there. There is a pool guests can use (I don't remember reading about it when I made the reservation), but this area can be pretty chilly even in summer (it was 35F at night at the end of June) due to elevation, so you probably won't get to use it. I recommend this place for anyone who plans to spend most of the time in the park.

They have a monopoly on everything

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Not much...it was shelter.
Cons: They charge like it was a five star hotel, but it was old, run down and lacking in everything.
Location: Bryce Canyon...it is beautiful
On our way home from Colorado we decided to stay overnight in Bryce Canyon. We got there early enough that we were able to drive around and see a lot of the canyon before dark. It turns out that this one family owns all the hotels, restaurants and other amenities at the mouth of the park. So...we ended up paying A LOT for a really old hotel. Our room had no amenities...NONE! No refrigerator, no microwave and a 30 year old TV!. I guess they do this so you have to eat at their restaurants and buy from their store and at their highly inflated prices. They have you over a barrel and they take advantage of it.

A perfect hotel to stay while visiting Bryce Canyo

Posted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: Nice and clean room & EXCELLENT customer service.
Cons: None.
Location: Bryce Canyon.
We arrived early and we were allowed to check-in at 1:30 PM. In addition, we got a room with a refrigerator and microwave as requested. The room was clean and had a not of towels. Everything looked nice and neat. we felt very comfortable. Because of small kids, we were allowed to check-out 1 hour late without additional charge. The customer service was EXCELLENT.

Pros: The location is very convenient for Bryce Canyon National Park. Cons: The room was not clean. There were hairs of previous guests on the floor. There were white dusts on the TV. There were dusts on the bed sheet. It looked like coming from the air conditioner. The carpets and chairs were stained. I can say it was rather over priced considering their hotel quality.
