absolutely not satisfiedPosted Jun 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was traveling with my family through Utah. This inn was near Bryce Canyon and we decided to stay there for a night...fortunately only for one night. First of all we waited way too much to the reception. At the reception there was some free stuff (drugs and other products)...with the due date of 2009! The room was not cleaned (that carpet hasn't meet a vacuum for a long time!) and its condition were really bad, especially the toilette. It was possible to open only one of the two windows. The room smelled bad. I would suggest to stay somewhere else!

Simple cheap no frills hotel with lawn but no poolPosted Jun 9, 2013
Pros: Cheap. Lawn picnic gazebo and basketball hoop.
Cons: Hair in the tub. Hard beds.
Location: 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon.
Cheap no frills motel but not seedy. Cute and local feeling but basic. No pool but there is a basketball hoop with some dirty basketballs (wipe them off- our kids got filthy from them). And a green lawn to run on with a large picnic gazebo. The room was good for the price: quiet and simple if small. It had a small fridge. The beds were not all that comfortable but not terrible. The bath still had a few hairs in it and a stain on the rug but otherwise fairly clean. The kids liked it despite not having pool because of the area to run around outside. We stayed here because it is about 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon.

A rip-offPosted Jul 31, 2012
Cons: Being gouged
Location: Near Bryce Canyon National Park.
If you charge premium prices, you should provide premium service. This motel does not. It is a throwback to the 1950's, with no attempt at providing amenities. The room even lacked a clock or a box of tissues. There was a coffee maker with creamer and sugar, but the disposable cup liners were dirty, and there was no coffee or tea provided. No breakfast is provided, and there are no toiletries provided, either. The walls are so thin one can hear every word or a normal conversation in the next room. I'll never stay here again. For slightly less money than I spent here, I stayed the next night in a modern two queen bed suite with full amenities.

It was an old motel in need of several repairs (plumbing & phone)Posted Sep 28, 2011
Although the lady at the help desk was very nice, we had problems with our water not draining from the shower and we couldn't take showers back to back. The sink was stopped up as well. When the lady first addressed the repair she came with draino and a plunger but was unsuccessful. The second time I asked her to try again she did so when we were away but both drained better after her second attempt. The place also had no phone. I was told to use the one in the lobby if I needed it. It was along a river that was so cute but the trail wasn't maintained. It could have been the motel's strongest selling feature but it wasn't even mentioned in any of the write ups.
