Pros: Location to quilt walk
Cons: Breakfast was marginal
Ok hotel but probably nice or better than others in panguitch, utah. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was marginal with not many tables.

Pros: The staff was very helpful.
Cons: The bathroom was very out dated.
Location: It was very convenient for Bryce, but remember you're in Utah. Bring your own booze.
It was a small room, but it was clean although a little out dated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was no big deal. It was about 45 minutes from Bryce. The town has no bar and the stores sell only 3.2 beer.

The staff was slow to help at the desk on checkin. The room had an odor of mildew. The bathroom was missing tile on the tub surround.

Location: Convenient to Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, and Cedar Breaks NM.
Had trouble with WiFi. Relatively new employee was VERY HELPFUL and checked back to make sure that it was working again. Breakfast included, but average.

The room was large for the price. You got good value for the price. Not fancy. Liked that it had 2 vanities.

Cons: Small, needs updating.
Location: Location was fine and in a quiet part of a sleepy part of town
Room was very small and cramped. Frig and microwave not plugged in when we arrived Shower drain cover was loose and only partly screwed down. Also mold on shower tiles along the floor. Carpet old and stained. Took forever to get hot water for the shower. Hotel did not live up to it billing based on Internet reviews. We were very disappointed in the accommodations.

Pros: The bed was soft.
Cons: The hot water. The heater. The lamp in the room.
Location: Bryce Canyon is about 25 miles away.
Our room was next to the street. It was so noisy we felt like we were at the Indianapolis 500. It does quiet down after 9pm so you can actually sleep except for the periodic car or truck that drives by. The shape of the room was slanted. We felt like we were Alice in Wonderland. No wi-fi in room. Had to outside to curb to get internet access. Heater in bathroom didn't work. Electric heater in room worked but it's next to the ceiling so the heat is limited. It took 6-7 minutes to get hot water in the shower. No kidding. The lamp next to bed did not work unless you turned it off and on about 3x. Two good things: the bed was soft and the TV worked which helped drown out traffic noise. The room was also clean.

Location: Location was good for going out to Bryce Canyon. The little town of Panguitch is not much of a town.
Nice Motel. Free WiFi, good breakfast and fairly spacious rooms.
