We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We were 6 and we used the convertible to sleep. It was horrible.

Good location

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Nice rooms, great breakfast, great location.
Cons: Front desk staff.
Location: Bryce Canyon is on your doorstep. Fabulous views, and loads of wildlife, especially at sunset.
The hotel was good, with large rooms and well equipped facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the free breakfast is excellent. The only problem is the front desk staff who seem uninterested or unwilling to help resolve guest problems. One night our neighbors in opposite rooms kept slamming their doors over and over every few minutes for two hours. I called the front desk and asked them politely if they could send someone to ask the residents to be a little quieter. All I got in response was "thank you" in a thick foreign accent and nothing at all was done. Eventually, after another hour of banging doors I went across the hallway and asked the residents myself if they could be a little more mindful of the disturbance they were causing late at night. They immediately apologized and were perfectly silent for the rest of the time during our stay. It would have been nice if the front desk had been more responsive.

Cold Welcome!!!

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Very nice hotel, well placed, clean room, just a very important detail: the 2 guys there in the morning 11th June at reception desk should go back to school to learn how to welcome guest with a little less of agessivity and more kindness, when they don't find an Expedia Booking in the system!!! As a Quality Manager in the business, I would like to remind those two staff, why, the first impression is 80% of our job!

Close to Bryce canyon

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Minutes from Bryce canyon. Better than I expected. Spacious rooms, great free breakfast, great pool and a look into a family run town. Next time would try to stay in the Bryce canyon lodge, but if that was full ,would definitely stay here again. Bryce Canyon is a must see--almost doesn't matter where you stay!

Convenient for visiting Bryce Canyon

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: Location, convenience to Bryce.
Location: Just Bryce Canyon. Not many dining options.
There's not much here at this entrance to Bryce except this Best Western and Ruby's Inn. It's super close to Bryce, which is why we stayed here. The hotel is nice. Beds comfortable (though could be better). Breakfast was great and hearty to start off a day of hiking. Bryce shuttle stop in the parking lot, convenient.
