Nice room. Big bathroom with iron and ironing board. Room dark at night. Could hear people as they walk in the room upstairs.

Hotel in a great location!Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: The location to Bryce Canyon
Cons: Parking lot was rather worn.
Location: Bryce Canyon access was right there.
We checked in rather late and was offered efficient check in and had dinner before the main restaurant closed. Rooms were clean and offered all the normal furnishings. The location to Bryce Canyon was perfect!

Nice locationPosted May 15, 2015
Cons: Need more food choice for dinner, not everyone whats buffet or large meals. Have burgers available for adults for dinner not just little buckaroos.
Location: Hiking and sight-seeing
Nice location, but needs some updates. Room was adequate but queen beds need to be changed out. Staff was friendly but check in was a zoo. Have more staff available when they expect mass check ins (bus loads of tourist). Seems like everyone gets there buy check in time of 3:00PM. Long lines for food, even though plenty of tables were available. (that's a problem when they are the sole place to eat in the area)

Pros: -proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park -consolidation of services at the General Store i.e. shuttle stop, park pass kiosk, food, liquor ...
Location: Bryce Canyon is spectacular!
Ruby's Inn was a very satisfactory hotel. It was clean, and the services provided were good. It is in the perfect location for day trips into the park. The shuttle picks you up right out front and you are in the park in a matter of minutes.

Halbwegs ordentliches Motel ohne größere Überraschungen

Something out of the 1970'sPosted May 4, 2015
Pros: The location was good
Cons: The entire motel wing needs major renovations and upgrading
For $170., even near a national park, I expected something newer and nicer than a unit that hasn't changed since at least the 1970's. The unit was dark, old furniture, cumbersome toilet/tub room, and the beds were the old spring mattresses that you could use as a trampoline - springy but hard. Every noise that took place outside was very loud inside due to the ill fitting doors and thin walls. We were lucky if the front desk answered a call. The staff were ok. This was supposed to be a Best Western Plus. What a dissappointment.
