Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything could be improved
Location: The location was the only good thing it was near Bryce canyon
Rude desk clerk, nasty room, filthy bathroom, no wifi, a $10 charge to use refrigerator and/or microwave . The bed was lumpy and the bedspread was dirty. Never never stay here.

NOT recommended unless there's nowhere to stay

Posted May 25, 2015
Location: 15min from Bryce Canyon
It was a last minute booking since we were tired of 10 hr driving. A young lady at the front desk was not friendly nor professional. The room was not clean, some towels were not completely dried, they were dirty and old, and some even had holes in them. Don't be fool by the word "resort" because it's just a very CHEAP motel! You can hear every little noise from upstairs and next door rooms. I would NOT recommend it for anyone.

Not Worth The Money

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: Close to Bryce Canyon. It was less than 15 minutes to the park. Other than that NOT much.
Cons: Better pillows, shower head, towels, TV channels, WiFi, no mold, better closing doors, closer ice.
Location: 15 mins to Park, Subway next door.
While the bed sheets were clean and the beds made. The towels were thin and not soft. The pillows were square and to small. Half of the channels were fuzzy and no movie channels. The shower head barely put out enough water pressure to rinse the soap off, the water pressure was good till you pulled the knob to turn the shower on. The hot water was not constant, whenever someone else would turn the hot water on it would get cold. The Restaurant sign says Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Only found it open for dinner. Coffee was too strong prices very high, waitress kind of cranky at first. The only WiFi was in the restaurant. It was closed in the middle of the day. The shower had rust stains and mold in the window above the shower. There was no stopper in the tub for someone to take a bath. The doors to the room(s) were so sticky that you had to slam them to close. Every time someone adjacent to our room would close their door you thought the windows would break. Went to the office to get some ice, the clerk was talking to a person on the phone inquiring about a room and was told the cost of the room was $40 less for the same night and we even pre-paid a month in advance. Very disappointed after staying in Zion two days for the same price and it was a 5-Star experience.

Never Again

Posted May 13, 2015
Pros: Subway in the parking lot was good..
Cons: Torch this hotel and re build on the land..start over..
Location: Bryce Canyon Park, thats it...
With limited hotels in Bryce Canyon your limited in your choice, this hotel should never be on your list to stay at. Freezing cold room when we arrived, never mind the fact you couldnt walk into the bathroom (aka. freezer) you could store meat in our bathroom it was soo cold. The carpets are worn and dirty (never take your shows off) the beds were horrible and the pillows, i wouldnt call them pillows im not sure what they were.. It was so bad we left after 1 night having booked for two we were not going to stay here another night. We basically gave away $80 to NOT stay at this hotel. Wifi only available in the restaurant or lobby? Really... stupid...

I thought there was a swimming pool for my kids, but they are fixing it right now.

Our swimming pool is a Seasonal Pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the pool as we try to be as specific as possible on our website regarding the dates of the pool. We are upgrading our pool area at this time for all of our guests to enjoy. This upgrade is being done during a time that the pool is not open as to not interfere with any guest enjoyment. We do hope you enjoyed your visit to Bryce Canyon National Park and hope you will come back soon
