Hotel was nice and convenient to town and Bryce Canyon but the breakfast was horrible… it was at a restaurant in walking distance from hotel and they had mostly bread with a toaster that would not work, scrambled eggs and sausage links. Worse breakfast buffet I have ever been to.

The location is near Bryce canyon NP, it's very convenient. Room is very clean. Only the front desk staff was no patient at all, she spoke so fast, and interrupted our questions, and didn't give us any useful information, no smiles, no welcome. Otherwise it's perfect!

Laundromat was nice. The mattress in our room was broken down and needing replaced. The guests before os must have spilled a cup of coffee by the coffee maker as the floor was stained black and soaking wet.

We are so glad we booked the Bryce View Lodge. We experienced a comfortable, quiet, restful night at an economical price with a good breakfast included while also being allowed to access the pool and hot tub at nearby Ruby's Inn resort. The location is perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon. Stay here if you are in the area; you won't regret it!!

Poor check in service. Arrived early and was told the room wasn’t ready Was told to come back at 4pm. When we arrived after 4, the room was still not ready. We waited outside the room for another 25 minutes while the cleaners got it ready. Also the breakfast place was closed on the second day, with no notice, and after calling, was told to go to the sister property across the road. The line up for this property to get coffee took 40 minutes. Not cool .

Only positive thing about this property was the convenient location to Bryce Canyon. Dirty beds, dirty floor, dirty bathroom. Plumbing issue. It seemed I was showering in a puddle of water. Breakfast was good however the place which we were told go for for breakfast was closed. And had to go to Ruby’s Inn. Imagine 100 people in line for breakfast. Not worth what I paid for

This property is such a good spot to stay when traveling to Bryce Canyon National Park, as it is 5 minutes drive to entrance of park. The rooms are spacious, provides basic amenities, clean, and the restraunt Ruby's Inn serves buffet breakfast, with such a good vibe. The premises of hotel is huge, and it is such a beautiful place which was snowcapped when we visited. Subway is very close to this property. Overall we liked it.

The front desk.staff was very friendly. I like that the lodge is conveniently located to Bryce Canyon National Park. The breakfast at Ebenezer's was good. The room cleanliness was poor. There were remnants from previous occupants'meals under the table. If youre looking for a place to sleep, it's acceptable but not a place I want to take my shoes off inside.

Room is very old, holes and tears in chairs. The door is very drafty, not aligned straight. We have to run the heater since the air is so cool in the room due the door improperly installed

The staff was very nice. Should have had more than one person working to help customers as it was very busy and had to wait in a line to get help. The rooms were a bit dirty. The blankets had stains and the ice bucket was not cleaned before our visit. I think a refresh of the rooms may be needed.

The room was a little rundown and needed repair. There were two holes and the linoleum flooring and the bathroom door did not work properly, and my bed sheet was filthy dirty

The lodge share logins with the Best Western. The room is clean and warm. The breakfast buffet is fantastic food with excellent service. Very close to Bryce Canyon!

Property exterior and staff are noice, breakfast included was a plus. The room itself needs updating, moldy, smell, hot water had to wait for a while more than five minutes to come out toilet barely flush the heater worked really really well other than that great price for the value and area amenity with free pool, spa, and Internet.

The location can't be beat. The price was fair for what we got. The room is very small. Hard to get around with out bumping into stuff. The room was mostly clean, but not all the way. The property is very run down for example the outlets could barely hold the plugs without falling out, paint was chipped all over, carpet was very warn and the shower is very small but the shower curtain rod has not been upgraded with the curved style that most places have now.

Stay away, pay the extra for the Best Western. The lodge is just a remodeled motel decades old. It’s appropriately run down. The water is the hardest i’ve seen with particulate matter floating in it. Have you heard of “low water pressure”? I present: “almost NO water pressure”. Shower was basically just dripping water. We are here during end of season labor day weekend. The “office” was closed and turns out we had to go to the best western to check in. All the places locally are owned by the same family so that makes sense. Hard pass, i regret coming here but it was so late at night and we were so tired.

The check in is a little scary quite frankly. You drive up to an extremely outdated "office" building that is "closed for the season" and indicating that one month ago this decision was hastily made such that they were upgrading any reservations to the nicer, newer facility across the highway. When I finally was able to check in across the highway, we were then sent back across to the very old style rooms in the original place that we arrived at. Room is relatively clean, but basically has no hot water. To be fair, it is a really reasonable rate for this close to Bryce Canyon Park, so I don't feel completely negative.

Really nice hotel and bedroom. Amazing breakfast. My only complaint is about the noise on the bathtub when you’re taking a shower. Not sure if that’s only in one specific room, but it’s kind of a disturbing noise

The location was convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park. There was ample linen. The heater worked well and was fairly quiet. The linens were clean and there was no sign of bed bugs. The staff was prompt with check-in and anything else we asked. The complimentary breakfast was filling, but nothing to shout about. Our room was tight for 2 queen beds. There were no luggage stands so the luggage was on the table and chair and dresser. There was considerable damage to the walls on the corners. The bathroom was really tight and the tub drain was very slow, and the floor appeared to have water damage.
