Great Hotel in extremely safe neighborhood, close to many restaurants and good bars within a block away. The staff is very proffesional and friendly. Free Wi-Fi and great breakfast selection with onmelette station.

This hotel is well located. It´s time to update the hotel; furniture, mattreses and other room stuff are kind of old. On the other hand they don´t have good security at nights and you will hear noisy people , maybe drunk, screaming and nobody controls that.I would recommend other hotels for the price.

The room was very comfortable and big. The location is excelent.

The location is nice, walking distance to a McDonald, Carrefour, and a small park. Hotel has a swimming pool at the top floor, and the breakfast is served beside the pool. Quite expensive, but I guess the overall price at this country is at this standard.

good hotel, no english from front desk and food was just ok, not excellent. was worried with reviews that id read, but it was the best in bucaramanga and i booked anyway. i wasnt dissappointed

Hotel Dann Carlton is the best hotel in Bucaramanga. While it may lack a few of the amenities that a five star hotel has, it more than makes up for it in customer service. Whatever your need is, the staff takes care of it. I have stayed there over 20 times and each time I understand why it is I return to this hotel.
