Might need some upgrades, but stuff very polite and helpful. Recommended especially for comfort of commuting to airport, 24 hours restaurant and bar. Ceramic floor might benefit from a polish, and making it smoking free might attract more customers. But overall very pleasant experience. Bty very quiet too.

We only stayed for one night but it was a very enjoyable experience. We arrived after 12 midnight but our room was still secure. It was a horrible walk from the airport (small distance but no walkways and busy road) but we were informed a free shuttle service is available if we had called them. This was never advertised anywhere so a bit annoying. Upon arrival the staff were excellent and friendly. The check in process was very quick. The room was very clean, reasonably spacious and comfortable. We both enjoyed nice warm baths and a very comfy bed. All the essentials were in the room and the Wi-Fi worked fine. No problems at all with the room. The next morning the staff were really friendly and helped us with a taxi to get to central Bucharest. The hotel is at least a 15 minute taxi drive from central Bucharest and really is a airport hotel only. But as an airport hotel both my wife and I can totally recommend it.

I have now stayed at this hotel twice, on 23 April 2013 and 1 May 2013. The staff were excellent and seemed pleased at my poor attempts at speaking Romanian. The hotel shuttle service works well, and the hotel public areas are fine. I have two adverse comments. One relates to the inability on both visits to cool our bedroom; the air conditioning was on full, for many hours and never managed to cool the rooms. As a result we spent two sweaty and uncomfortable nights. And this was after asking for a cool room on our second visit. The other adverse comments relates to the poor quality of desserts. Over the two stays we ate four different desserts all of which were disappointing. Of particular disappointment was the ice-cream dessert which was billed as strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. What came was a non-descript nutty ice cream, a blackcurrant sorbet and a lurid green concoction which may have been peppermint. If I ever stay at this hotel again I will avoid their desserts.

Best Hotel in Bucharest for airport convenience. Staff is always helpful and willing to do what it takes for a great stay. Restaurant was under renovation so breakfast buffet was not as great as it usually is. Shuttle to airport is awesome.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and it is very convenient for the airport. The only downside being the amount of smokers in the lobby area which housed the only bar. The breakfast being available from 5am was a real bonus.

Very close to OTP Airport although you need to remember to call the hotel to collect you on arrival. Bright decor, friendly staff who even arranged their shuttle bus to take us to nearby airport offices. Food ok, although having a 3 course dinner included in the rate does not give you extensive menu options. Decent buffet breakfast and great to have free w-fi. Would use again if back at OTP on business.
