“Convenient Hotel Close to the Airport”

We stayed overnight at "Hotel Denisa" twice during this trip, once after the inbound flight and then again before the early-hours outbound flight. The hotel offers free parking, so we knew we don't have to look for parking in the street. If the front parking lot is full, make sure to check the excess parking lot all the way to the hotel and then on the left. The hotel was in a very good condition. They offer free wireless, which was very handy for flight status and online check-in, as well as checking the news. :) The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep very well. There was no airport noise, as the hotel is not that close to the airport. The hotel is not located downtown, so for anything outside the hotel other than the airport (for which they offer free shuttle), and the restaurant and store down the street you'll need a car. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at "Hotel Denisa" and we'll return there for overnight stays whenever we have flights at Otopeni, unless we specifically want to visit Bucharest.

“Great hotel”

Only problem was the phone in the room was broken, and they didnt fix it. Hotel provides free transport from the airport and back. Great room service, and good staff.

Excellent customer service, very professional, warm and generous! I have forgotten my cell phone charger, and they have promptly contacted me, and mailed it right away. I look forward to visit with them again in the future. The room was very clean, quiet, and a good breakfast. Thank you, Ingrid

“Great for an airport hotel”

Great for airport hotel. Located mainly where there are warehouse businesses. Not a bad area, but nothing really easy to walk to. Hotel is great for using for a night stay if flying in or out of OTP airport. Otopeni, very nice looking town, located nearby. Looked like a nice place to walk around and enjoy? FREE airport shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle runs 24 hrs, so great for early morning connection or late night arrival. Just a basic hotel, but had a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Hotel has an elevator for easy access to upper floors! Yea! I HATE dragging my suitcases up flights of stairs. Staff helped me to my rooms even. Did not eat at hotel, so no review there. Wake-up service available. Would have liked an alarm clock, but did have my cell phone. Staff was super friendly, shuttle drivers and front desk staff. Absolutely no problems with hotel and/or reservations. Will use this hotel again. Would recommend.

“The nice hotel of Bucharest!”

The staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very tasty and resonably priced. The rooms were being cleaned everymorning. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

“Romanian hotel”

We booked the room for my mother who is 80 years old. She said she was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, everyone very nice she received all possible assistance. She highly recommended the hotel, very convenient for the airport.

“American comfort in Otopeni.”

The hotel is a little out of the way, but in some respects, that's a blessing. It is newer than most of the hotels near the airport at Otopeni, and about the quality of Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn, and about the same price range. The free airport shuttle is one of the more attractive extras, especially if you have an early flight. It takes less than ten minutes to be at the airport. I always stay here when I am leaving Bucharest because of it's convenience. There is a decent traditional Romanian restaurant next door with moderate prices. I have stayed once upon arriving in Bucharest, and it helps to have a global phone and the hotel number. They were very prompt in arriving after the phone call, about seven to ten minutes. The staff handles English fairly well, and is more than helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

“Great place and Good food”

I especially appreciate the ability to get a free ride to and from the airport. That helps so much. This is a great place to overnight when going through the area. I highly recommend it. The restaurant associated with the hotel has great food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend it, too. Staff were very helpful, too. Could not ask for more friendly and helpful people.

“Great Overnight location near Bucharest International Airport”

2nd stay at this hotel in one month. Very close to the Airport and they provide a free shuttle service to/from. Staff are very and extremely helpful, to include the drivers and restaurant employees. As the hotel is not in an area where there is anything to see or do, it is not the place to stay if you are there to explore downtown Bucharest, but I highly recommend it for layovers if you are looking for convenience to the airport. Had a great meal in the restaurant of grilled trout. Waitress deboned it as part of the service. There is a very small store with essentials- you can add your purchases to your room bill if you wish. Hotel is not fancy but it is clean, adequate, convenient. Only significant drawback is they do not have any dedicated non-smoking rooms.
