“An oasis of luxury!”

Although we only stayed one night at the Hotel Venezia, we found it to be a wonderful oasis of comfort. The recently remodeled room far exceeded our expectations, the hotel breakfast was excellent and, best of all, the service was consistently friendly and helpful - not something you find everyday in this part of the world! We will return to Hotel Venezia when traveling to Bucharest.

“Welcomke to the Dusty Old City”

When I first arrived in the dark of night, I was affraid I had made a mistake and ended up in an unseemly part of town. The hotel and staff were very decent. I was able to walk to a nice restaurant for dinner -- Varta. The hotel is close to a nice park (by east european standards). The park has a nice restaurant where I had lunch the next day. The hotel is walking distance to the old city, and museums. It is a good place to stay if you want to save a few Lei.

“Very Comfortable”

Service was mixed at the front desk. One person in particular made our stay quite pleasant, but the others were uninterested in our welfare. Breakfast was typical European fare, i.e., not adequate for those who like hearty American style foods for breakfast.

“Great hotel”

We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfasts were good. Nice rooms. Parking is on street if you can find a spot. Bar was good. Have to walk to restaurants for dinner. Good location. Could walk to many sites, but Bucharest is a big city so you will have to find some sort of transportaion to get to some areas. We enjoyed the staff, and they were very helpful. If ever in the area again we would stay here again.

“A classy hotel in the heart of Bucharest”

This is a fine hotel, convenient close to key attractions and the metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
