“Friendly staff members”

I wasnt much in the hotel so I cannot comment on their staff's service. I did however, ate at their "Benihana" restaurant and drank at their bar next to it. From those two experiences, I felt sincerely welcomed as their staff's demeanor is friendly. Being a temporary resident of bucharest, I applaud the training their staff had probably undergone to cater to westerners' expectations regarding customer service/interactions.

Planter's (American Bar) From the McDonald's on Magheru Blvd...go on the crosswalk and cross the street and keep going straight on that street directly across. Turn left on immediate street walk about 50m. Enjoy

“Good facility, Bad service”

Hotel is conveniently located near one of the many Plazas; a little noisy from police sirens all night and on the 17th floor, no less. The service left something to be desired. Room service meal showed up cold, they wanted to charge me $14 for 20 minutes of internet use since I didn't have a computer of my own to use the wireless, and the restaurant service was laughably terrible - I started to think that perhaps it was a buffet since I was (finally) seated, but not given a menu and left to sit there for 10 minutes. But, the room was clean and the concierge desk was reasonably helpful.
