First night we stayed, we froze. The top sheet was a funny size and we weren't warm enough. The next morning we realized there was a duvet in the closet.
Next time we stayed there at the end of our tour, the room was very hot. Couldn't get the room cool.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The location worked for me - 20 min to airport, 10 min to center with taxi. Walking distance from a newish large mall - "Promenade".
The stuff was speaking english, the room was large & clean, free WiFi was working, double bed was double, safebox was available in the room for no charge. The breakfast was very good.
There were two relatively minor issues:
- The pressure of the hot water wasn't consistent sometimes, which was a bit annoying.
- There is some club nearby which music I could hear in the room when it was time to go to sleep. It was tolerable loud (or quiet), but that's a personal matter I suppose.

I booked this hotel from a smartphone from Germany on what was a horrendous adventure from the United States. Traveling for 2 1/2 days straight I was so glad arriving at the hotel that the front desk was very welcoming and understanding. I found the Romanian people so warm and generous in general but this was excellent. The breakfasts I thought were first rate and the front desk even made me try a few Romanian foods. To me this is so important especially as a solo traveler. Most in the hotel spoke good English.
The room was comfortable enough with a lot of TV channels.
This hotel was on the outside of the city but the front desk would call a taxi which costs about $4-6 into the city center so I used it several times.

Everybody in Bucharest knows this hotel, which makes it easy to ask for directions. The location, next to Cismigiu Park, a short walk to the old city, a longer one to the Palace, and even a longer one to the airport bus, is ideal. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was outstanding. I loved the balconies and the separate living room.
