Very bad hotel

The Volo Hotel is absolutely not suited for business travel. There are so many things wrong with it that I can't even list them all out here, I will tell you that they DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING even though they say they do on the website. This made for a very uncomfortable stay as it was 28 degrees inside the room. I also reserved a room with a balcony only to find out upon arrival that they were out of these rooms and I would be charged the rate for the room with the balcony. Cusomer service was also terrible with the girl at the front desk saying "Take it up with Hotels.,com. It's not my problem".
