“EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY”

STAYED OVERNIGHT FOLLOWING A WEDDING. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND WELL FURNISHED. IT WAS ALSO QUIET. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL.

A spotless hotel. Stayed at the Crowne Plaza with friends. Rooms were spotless. Service was very good. All staff were extremely helpful. Hotel grounds are well kept and the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub are lovely. Will definitely return.

this is a really good hotel modern and kept up to spec the rooms are spacious and have everything you would expect i stay in a lot of hotels and this rates as one of the best and most comfortable.

Nice hotel with clean, modern rooms, the location was at the end of an industrial estate, which was not a problem from getting in to Marlow but did require you to drive.

positive points - bar staff incredibly helpful and friendly; rooms clean and comfortable; wedding reception food and room outstanding; waiting staff at reception (especially Rodney) very friendly and respectful with a great sense of humour; my family enjoyed the pool, and the grounds were great with the lake, and lots of wildlife. Negative points - at checkout, tried to charge us for internet £29.99 (should have had 30 mins free, but apparently we did not select right option at start up, so partly our fault), also had not deducted the cost of the room we paid via Expedia, so were charging us twice for the room until we challenged this. Meal for wedding guests on the Friday evening was overpriced buffet, and service (clearing tables, drinks etc) very poor; did not notice until we got home but service charge had been added to bill for the Friday evening.

“Modern style, good facilities and rooms”

Only stayed one night - due to a party in Marlow! Helpful staff, modern style rooms which we thoroughly enjoyed. Good value - although get a breakfast deal with the room, separately it was quite expensive. Full english buffet breakfast was extremely good (although packed)! Would definitely use again!

“Lovely hotel, but wine expensive”

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, both times as part of a large convention. The staff are excellent, and very friendly. If you have booked room only, you can purchase a voucher which allows a discount on breakfast - well worth it, but you need to ask the day before. The one complaint I have is the cost of wine -a lot per 250 ml glass for average wine! More for a glass than I suspect they are paying for a bottle, and is a ridiculous mark up. Marlow itself is a beautiful town, but be aware the hotel is in the middle of a business park and a long walk or short taxi ride to town.

caught a very bad cold /flu after sleeping her for three nights,I was in good health before I arrived......the filters should be cleaned after all this flu has been infecting people....
