OK the hotel is lovely, nice car park too! The rooms are very comfortable and clean with a nice shower in the ensuite! DOWNSIDES are they charge for wi-fi..... 3 euros for thirty minutes??? are you kidding me!!! they also demand a whopping 13 Euros for breakfast, again you have got to be kidding me!!

Good hotel, but 9/10 kilometres outside Budapest so reliant on (well served and regular) public transport or taxis.

Just not for touristsPosted Apr 27, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel is quite far from the city center and all its attractions. Though accessible by bus, the travel to and from the city would waste a good 45mins-1hour. The neighborhood has nothing to offer except for a petrol station nearby! Though the staff were friendly and willing to help, their information was never reliable and practical. They couldn't even decently guide us to reach their hotel. Extremely disappointing. We requested them to book a taxi after we confirm, instead they booked it at their convenience and we had to pay waiting charges :( Am thoroughly dissapointed with my choice of this hotel and more dissapointed with their staff. Am never going back here. Rooms are clean and comfortable, no issues there.

Good till the billPosted Aug 9, 2009 on Hotels.com
We've stayed at this hotel three times in the past, so it's a known quantity. Very comfortable with good maid service. It works well for us as we want a suite with room for four, and we have a car to get to the suburban location. The breakfast is extra and overpriced. The servers at breakfast don't handle questions well and they let the food go unreplaced at times. I really did like, though, that they have miso soup and other typical Japanese breakfast items, as they have a large Japanese clientele. The front desk staff is obliging and very professional...except that they charged us for our room even though it was already paid for. They insisted on charging our credit card, which just caused us (and the credit card company) a big hassle when we got home and confirmed through our bill that we had prepaid.

A very good hotel for the pricePosted Aug 6, 2009
From the beginning the impression was positive. Even though I arrived 4 hours before check-in time, the staff was kind enough to give me the room right away. The internet access is not free and the price is quite steep, but the connection speed is excellent, so I was able to do my work online, without any problems.
