“Great Hotel!”

We had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel during Christmas. The location was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Great Hall Market and the Christmas Market in Vörösmarty Square. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of options.

“Outstanding staff, great location/breakfast/price”

The Boutique Zara was A+++ in every way--excellent staff & location on the Pest side. It was perfect for me, a 70 yr. old retired geographer; however, this was my first solo trip. After visiting more than 50+ countries previously, I had never been to Hungary. I would definitely stay there again & hope to return.

“Great hotel”

Second stay at this hotel and as impressed this time round. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable, although a guide to using the air con/heating unit would be useful! Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet and a really handy location for getting around the city. Definite recommendation!

“Great Hotel and Location”

The hotel was situated perfectly between the Market Hall and the "walking street". After our delicious included breakfast we started out on foot and never needed a taxi! Fantastic dining selections close to the hotel. Would highly recommend it.

“Can't wait to go back”

The hotel is small and rooms and dining areas may be too small for some people. However we enjoyed it. The hotel was moden and very clean and the staff were wonderful.

“Clean, Safe and Convenient”

I am a solo female traveler and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet, clean and modern. It's close to trams, metro, just a block from the Great Hall and one block from some gorgeous Danube scenery, monuments, etc. Would definitely go there again - the price was very right!

“Perfect rest spot in a hot Budapest summer.”

My Spouse and I stayed 8 nights in July/August and though the room was small it was so comfortable and quiet we felt it was a perfect respite from the 32-35 degree C busy streets.

“Highly recommended”

Great hotel in a great location. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful. Make sure you request a non-smoking room, as we didn't and were given a smoking room. Lots of smoking is done in Budapest restaurants too. To have tea/coffee making in room costs 10 euros a day. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and close to Metro, trams, market and Vaci Street, the main pedestrianised shopping street. Hotel shuttle minibus was efficient and the driver friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Fantastic!”

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance from Kalvin Ter metro station! Breakfast was tasty with friendly staff. Housekeeping came every day (with no early morning disturbances) Can't fault this hotel and would highly recommend it. Along with the Szechenyi Baths (much better than Gellert Baths)
