Lovely stay, the staff was so helpful and the location is fantastic, super easy to walk pretty much anywhere in Budapest. Really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and really delicious. Only complaint is the bed was hard for my liking.... but i find most beds in european hotels hard:)

Great experience in Budapest
We had a very good experience at the Casati Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, with dinner and other recommendations. The breakfast spread was terrific. The location is great - near the Opera House and Andrassy ut, as well as the Jewish Quarter. The room was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The check in process was very warm and welcoming and this was maintained throughout our visit. Our initial room was on the first floor and due to its proximity to the kitchen it was quite noisy during the early hours. We highlighted this to Tunde who was at front of house and assisted and relocated us to a more suitable room despite the hotel being at capacity. She was extremely helpful and even wrote a personal note to apologise for any inconvenience. Breakfast was lovely as part of the stay with variety of foods each morning. Armilla was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a fabulous location for all attractions and can easily walk everywhere. It is next to the Jewish quarters which is handy for restaurants and pubs. The rooms were spacious with good amenities. The bed was comfortable and they even have a pillow menu which was fabulous!!! Would definitely stay here again! Overall service was excellent!

Great place,reasonably priced
Excellent location, helpful staff, excellent housekeeping, nice breakfast. My room safe wasn’t working and the staff fixed it quickly. Bedding a bit odd - twin beds together and rather short and narrow blanket. Not a big deal. A bit of construction next door but it didn’t affect our stay. Around the corner is Erawan Thai Massage, which was so great I went twice.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. You could order the type of eggs you wanted and how you wanted them cooked and they would serve you. The location is good also for walking to attractions and the next street over was loaded with bars, restaurants and clubs.

This hotel was a smaller hotel that was very charming. Many of the rooms are centered around an arboretum type area. Breakfast was very good and the front desk lady we had was great and very helpful. Our only complaint is the room was a little too warm for sleeping. We requested a fan, but they didn't seem to have any. Otherwise, it was great.

Superb choice for Budapest stay
Hotel was lovely, very central yet quiet. Staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. Room was beautiful, very large and light. Comfortable beds and large breakfast selection. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone travelling to Budapest.

Great location close to St Steven’s Basilica and the Jewish Quarter. Most popular attractions within walking distance. The rooms were clean, modern and quirky. Staff very friendly. Personal hi light was breakfast. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, well-located
Casati was comfortable and well-located for exploring the city centre. Breakfast included hot and cold options, fresh fruit and pastries. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
