“Corinthia in Budapest”

We were upgraded from an executive queen to an executive suite and had a wonderful stay. Reserving an executive lounge gives one access to the Executive Club and is definitely worth the extra charge.

“Great hotel in Budapest”

We were upgrade to an apartment, it was very nice, modern and very clean. Housekeeping was great and all the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They spoke good english so it was easy to communicate with the staff.

“Old World Charm like you don't see anymore.”

The Corninthia exudes Old World charm from the magnificent marble lobby, spacious rooms with marble baths (separate tub and shower in our room), to the professional staff. We opted for the Executive Level, where you can have breakfast, lunch, desserts, and drinks included. Our room faced a large atrium that allowed ample sunlight while stopping any street noise. The hotel is located in a good area, but much of Budapest is "gritty" compared to other European cities. Although not overlooking the Danube River where several of the better hotels are located, it was an easy walk to the River along a lovely street with highend stores and restaurants. We loved our stay here and felt we were pampered in luxury.

“Beautiful, historical hotel in a great location”

Having just returned from a couple weeks at the Corinthia in September of 2012, I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself a favor while staying here and wander around the floors, taking in the historical pictures and descriptions of the property and its previous visitors.

Fantastic experience. Hotel is very beautiful, especially the common areas (lobby, bar, grand staircase, etc.). Royal Spa is fantastic. Overall, highly recommend.

“Fabulous Hotel Experience!”

Excellent Hotel! Within walking distance to local attractions and close to public transit (i.e. Metro, streetcar, and Keleti station. The staff exceeded expectations - they were extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs. The hotel breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food sure to please anyone. The spas / pool area was immaculate. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and bathroom was *very* spacious and nice with full bath tub and sizable shower. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to Budapest. Great value, very clean and extremely friendly staff... doesn't get much better than that.

“Excellent hotel and extremely polite staff”

My husband and I are vegan and the hotel was extremely accommodating about making sure we had food we could eat at breakfast. The buffet is excellent anyway, but the staff made sure I had soy cappuccinos and tofu in addition. All staff was friendly and extremely courteous. The workout facility, while small, served it purposes well. The hotel is exquisite and takes one back to a time of grandeur and opulence. Also, there is a Starbucks only a few minutes from the hotel.
