“Great stay”

The Gresham is a great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were great, providing the usual high level of service expected from the Four Seasons.

“Awesome!!”

The hotel was just awesome! Hotel is located on Pest side, but right by the chain bridge that will take you to many sightseeing sites on Buda side. Walking distance from many sightseeing sites on Pest side (including the Parliament). The room was very comfortable and had really nice bathroom. The Spa amenity (fitness center, pool, sauna) was really nice. In fact I had better time at the hotel spa than the Gellert Spa. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The concierge was very helpful and recommended us nice place to eat late night.

“Disappointed”

Extremely poor value for the money, should have investigated other hotels before deciding on the four seasons based on reputation. Room had a terrible dormer window facing a lot of other windows,so you needed to lower shades every time you dressed. The staffs attitude was poor, could care less, very disappointing!!
