Simply the bestPosted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: It was perfect
Location: The hotel is right by the Chain Bridge and very centrally located for sightseeing
This hotel is superb . The building is impressive from the outside and just as good inside, everything has been tastefully designed . The rooms are excellent and provide everything you could want. Every member of staff we spoke to was well trained and friendly. My husbands and I travel a lot and both agree that this hotel is something special.

Fantastic, exceeded our highest expectations.Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Staff, first and foremost. But the hotel itself is beautiful art nouveau style, the restaurant was incredible and the rooms comfortable and gorgeous.
Cons: Cannot think of a thing
Location: On the Danube, directly across from the Chain Bridge, Buda Castle, the Mathias Church, etc.
First, the location is amazing, easy access to all central Budapest sites and dining. The facility is at the very high end of what you would expect from the Four Seasons. Most importantly, the staff also exceeded our highest expectations. Check in was easy, Helen at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout both of our stays, took a personal interest in making sure not only the hotel but our trip was amazing. At the very top of our list of memorable hotels!

Fabulous experience!Posted Mar 20, 2015
Location: River cruises, City bus tours, guided tours. Visits to museums, art galleries, castles, everything in walking distance.
We came here for my husbands 50th birthday and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, very professional, always willing to assist, always went that "extra mile". On the day of my husbands birthday, the staff sent a birthday cake to the room, champagne was offered at breakfast and all staff knew it was a special day. Food and drinks were excellent and great value for money. We were not disappointed.

Fantastic HotelPosted Feb 16, 2015
The Four Seasons Gresham Palace in Budapest is a fantastic hotel with the most professional and friendly staff. A special thanks to Andrea, their front desk manager who really knows how to make guests feel special! The bed, sheets and towels were of the highest quality as well, as was their gym and spa!!

Great hotel, great staff.Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, luxury, location.
We had an amazing time the in Four Seasons Gresham Palace. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very luxurious. The hotel staff were all fluent in English and were only too happy to help with whatever we needed, for example, booking taxis for us, offering us robes & towels to take to the Turkish Baths. The Spa at the hotel was lovely and clean and although the pool was only small (two lanes) we often had it all to ourselves. The hotel is in a great location - lots of restaurants (traditional Hungarian as well as Mexican, American, Sushi) on the street that runs behind the hotel, right on the Danube and easy walking distance to some of the big sites - Castle Hill, Parliment, St Stephen's Basilica. The only negative thing I have to say is that dining in the hotel was pretty pricey. I guess I should've expected this of a Four Seasons but I hadn't realised that breakfast was not included in our room rate and cost £30-£40 for two people. On the plus side, this forced us to find some local cafes nearby which offered great food at much more reasonable prices.

Best luxurious hotel in BudapestPosted Jan 20, 2015
If you van affort it which i recomended, this is the best hotel in Budapest, the location and vienes you get from the hotel are incredible (If you get a river view room). Almost right next to the cathedral and close to main shopping avenues and pedestrian avenue. Right across from Chain Bridge which you should walk and then take the funicular to Buda's (Royal) Palace and them walk from there to Mathias Church, Fisherman Bastion (in the back of Mathias Church) and surroanding areas. Highly recomended. Only dicen side is that they should improve the gym with weight lift equipement.
