Ok hotel for the price

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Ok hotel for the price, very close to the airport, they will schedule a shuttle at a reasonable price (6 EUR) if you need one. Rooms are dated, but clean. You need to ask for the AC remote, or you won't be able to start the AC in your room. Breakfast was included, and started at 4 am, which allowed us to have some food before sprinting to the airport. Overall, quite ok for the money.

One night close to the Budapest Airport

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Closeness to the airport and a shuttle.
Cons: The beds!
Location: There was nothing near by to do, but they did offer to take us to a restaurant nearby for dinner at no charge, which was a good thing.
We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and we were leaving early in the morning for Rome and they have a shuttle. The staff was very nice and the room was clean but the beds were like sleeping on a board. I have no problem with firm mattresses, but there was absolutely no cushioning on it at all. It also was very warm in the room. So between the awful bed and the warm room I did not sleep well at all. The breakfast was okay, but I would have liked an egg and the man in line before me took both eggs that were left. Also I had a hard time calling them to come an pick us up as I didn't have a mobile phone and can't speak the language so I could not figure out how to make a phone call on the pay phone. I asked at the information desk, but they did not call. I found an American who was also getting cash and asked if he would call for me, otherwise, I would have probably had to take a taxi which I understand charges more if you don't go through a hotel to call it.

Not a good stay in summer at this hotel

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport, in time. Breakfast from 4am, good to those depart early in the morning.
Cons: No air conditioning in the room. Too hot in the room if staying at the summer.
Location: Try to take the bus 236 close to the hotel.
No air conditioning in the room. Could not go to sleep in the stay in July due to high room temperature, even we opened the window. Close to highway and railway, thus opening window is noisy. Not recommended in summer stay. Hotel stuff is helpful though.

Not a place to get comfortable

Posted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
As others have said, this hotel is useful for one reason and one reason only: as merely a place to kill time (I won't say sleep) before an early flight from Liszt Ferenc. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast was good, the beds were rock-hard, and the one-device wifi allowance per room completely blows, especially given the nonexistent alternative entertainment options in this part of the middle of nowhere. The TV screen in the room was no bigger than my iPads, but was bolted to a wall 3 meters away. Also, be warned: Don't be rash in connecting a device to the wifi. Once connected, you will not be able to log out and switch to another device later. You're locked in... which was a source of tension between my wife and I as I had logged in on my iPad without knowing the restriction, and she was left completely in the void. I gave her my iPad of course, but then I sat in the void. Our 4:30am shuttle to the airport could not come soon enough.

Perfectly Adequate for airport stay

Posted May 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was exactly what you would need in an airport hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke English, the room was clean and the classic twin room came with our own bathroom. The breakfast spread was quite nice, and it starts as early as 4 a.m., if you have an early flight. The airport shuttle was one of the staff driving you in a small car, but the airport is only about 5 minutes away from the hotel so it's not too bad. There was also free wifi in the room, which was nice to have.

If you have a night flight in Budapest, you can choose this hotel for one day but I don't recommend to everyone
