Vents shared with upstairs, could hear their crying baby and singing. Breakfast had a limited selection and was the same everyday, if you’re vegetarian or eat halal you will have a hard time to find anything to eat except bread or cereal. Lack of staff, no one to greet us in the morning at reception or to check us in for breakfast so anyone could walk through. Paid extra for breakfast for no reason it seems. Some staff were not very friendly, 3 young girls chatting and gossiping at the front desk, was a bit uncomfortable waiting for them to finish laughing and talking to ask something. It was unprofessional. Pros: lots of plug sockets and Wi-Fi was good and reliable.

Hotel okay and good value for money however hero Square is on the edge of Budapest meaning you must travel in to the centre all the time.

I enjoyed my stay with one exception: water pressure in the shower was terrible, and on one day (a Sunday) there was no hot water at 8am. (At noon, there was.) For that reason, I will be very reluctant to stay here again. (I assume there was no hot water on Sunday because the hotel was full, but not on the other days. But water pressure was very low all seven days.)

They let me check in at 8am after a long journey, which I really appreciated. The room was large and bright with natural light. Good, healthy breakfast (11 euros).

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Rahatlıkla metro ve otobüse ulaştım . Kahramanlar Meydanı a yürüme mesafesinde. Tek sorun odalarda mini bir buzdolabı koyabilirdi.Tekrar burada kalmak isterim.

It was in a nice central location, but noisey and homeless issues. Breakfast was not as good as other ibis hotels I've stayed at, but alright. We could hear people in other rooms through the old ducting. Parking was convient, but pricey at €15.

Friendly welcome in Budapest
Very helpful reception staff, especially Petra - she really went to great lengths to be helpful and always had a smile for everyone. Hotel in general was convenient, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast was good. A shame restaurant wasn’t open for evening meals, however.

nice hotel near heroes square which means you have to get the tube to it from the city centre......nice room and good service the only gripe would be that there could more fruit options at breakfast and theres not really any shops or restaurants nearby so i had to get snacks from a petrol station.

Overall, excellent hotel for the value. Staff is friendly, professional, super helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic. There were 2 hiccups, one morning a the hot water tank had issues (they fixed it right away) and last night the AC was not working properly. By then there was about 9 days straight 100 Fahrenheit in Budapest, so we were not surprised for the disruption of AC service. I will return on my next trip, for sure.

the breakfast was very poor. the hotel is not maintained well. one of the 2 elevators was out of service. and the second one broke down and stayed of of service for up to 15 min. the next day the room was not cleaned . a notice on the door, "clean my room" was turned around to "do not disturb". neither my friends room was cleaned.

If you have to stay 2 nights it's ok, but if more ,not recommend. No heat, no amenities ,no wash cloth provided, breakfast is not worth 9 euros, TV have only few channels, no daily cleaning service, you have to ask receptionist for clean towels, not enough storage in the room. For 11 days stay, never change bed sheets. You can stay there only in emergency situations.
