“in one word "awsome"”
We were extremely satisfied in all categories after we have been upgraded to a better room (in the same category) per our request
“Excellent”
Excellent across the board
“the one and only”
We love the Kempinsky in Budapest, we always stay there, great service, great location and very nice clean rooms.
“Great value”
We spent one day at this hotel following an overnight flight from the U.S. We were very impressed with the ease of checking in, the courtesy of the staff, the size and cleanliness of the room, and the location--right in the heart of downtown Pest.
“Great Hotel, location and value”
What a great hotel! The staff were fantastic, very friendly, knowledgable, gave great directions and the younger ones will even tell you where to go off the beaten track. Rooms great and overall a great place to stay.
“Great but...”
Great hotel. Fantastic front desk staff, doormen always making sure they hand you a cold bottle of water when you walk in/out of the hotel (it was 30c!). Only two downsides: first, the hotel is not on the river; second, the staff at breakfast were cold and simply rude - two mornings in a row. Not a great start, but.......
“Perfect location!”
Quite simply, the Kempinski is perfectly located in the best part of the city, convenient to everything. The Ferenc Deak Metro station is 100 meters away from where you can take all metro lines. The surrounding neighborhoods are wonderful with lots of fine dining, coffee shops, etc... The hotel is a luxury hotel with wonderful facilities and amenities. I will defintely stay here again!
“Good hotel, excellent location”
Good hotel stay, quality on affordable price to it's class.
“stayed there several times--the best”
i cannot imagine anything the hotel and it's staff could do to improve its service! Best hotel in Budapest!
“Budapest in April”
Excellent location, easy access to everything. Overall very satisfied.
