“Boscolo luxury residence”

Wonderful experience. Guests need to know that this adjoins the Boscolo hotel but is a separate facility. Charges apply to use the spa, there is no room service etc. Everything is new, the bathrooms are spectacular. The location is below average. Do use the hotel to get cabs as opposed to the taxi stands or street cabs, way cheaper and very professional. The staff is exceptional.

I traveled to Budapest and wanted a good clean and centered Hotel, I view the Luxury Residences and they looked good, but after arriving everything was spectacular, everything was really great and they not only succeeded my expectations at any time they exceeded them. And finally is just a block from the subway.

Nice room with apt. amenities. Clean and usable space. Great location and very nice staff that speaks English. Stay here with comfort and know there is safety and peace of mind.

The Boscolo Luxury Residence is a quality hotel at a great value, in a very convenient Budapest location. But don't mistake it for the 5-star Boscolo Hotel, the famously opulent 19th-century hotel adjacent to it--that's genuine luxury. The Boscolo Residence is a very affordable alternative with some nice amenities of its own--like a fully outfitted kitchenette in every unit, making it ideal for budget-minded travelers. The sleek modern decor means the rooms aren't as "cozy" as some might like, but we loved the look and found the appearance and quality to be excellent. Our major complaints would be about the upkeep of some of the systems. The climate control thermostat in our room simply didn't work; we could get the fan to turn on, but were unable to control the temperature, either up or down. It wasn't much of an issue, as the weather was mild when we were there, but in other seasons it could have been a major problem. Also, the towel-warming rack in the bathroom didn't work. Again, nothing tragic, just a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, and the free wi-fi and use of the computers/printers in the business center was very convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

“Pleased . . . . . BUT”

The hotel was pleasing overall. Although, some of the details were unpleasant. My room had lots of street noise from below. They do not clean rooms daily. The air condition was not working all the time, so be prepared to sweat in a 5 star hotel and it is not OK. The hotel has central location and some helpful front desk employees, so overall it was not a very bad experience. Would consider to stay in the hotel again.
