The hotel is located in an area very close to Metro. The breakfast was very good with excellent quality. The room was good with spa bath. We enjoyed the stay.

Deluxe King room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Cleaning of the room was patchy. Glasses and cups weren’t cleaned. Provision of toiletries was a bit stingy and charging for coffee capsules is ridiculous in a hotel of this standard. Minor irritants because I would certainly recommend the hotel for all its pluses.

We spent 3 nights for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The location is lovely, far enough away to be quiet but close enough for a leisurely walk to the centre. We had an issue with the bath and they were quick to apologise and move us to another room. Outstanding service, we can see why it has so many good reviews

Excellent hotel in good location.
First time at Mamaison Hotel Andrassy. Good location with excellent transport links. Rooms are well furnished. Bathroom contained a bath/shower combination, but the bath had very high sides which might pose access problems to those less able. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of both hot and cold foods. The hotel promotes its green credentials, however it would be better if they did away with the numerous bathroom products in small plastic containers and replaced with dispensers. All in all, would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here for 4 nights last week. We had king deluxe rooms and they were huge with balconies overlooking the Korean embassy opposite. We were staying with our two teenage children and the hotel accommodated us well by allocating rooms next to each other.. Breakfast was not included and was expensive but was a good selection. Would definitely stay here again- walking distance from the Szchenyi baths, zoo, circus, museums and fantastic kids playground (def worth a visit for kids aged 3-12). There are also metro stations within 5 minute walk with access to the Danube and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful arranging transportation. The elevator was too, too small. We could only get the two of us and my walker to squeeze in! Fortunately my son came as well and he managed the luggage. Didn’t ask, but I’m sure the staff would have waited with the luggage and send it up. The tub was so high I could barely lift my feet over it. No grab bars so I felt very unsafe!!! Europe is easy for those with physical challenges. Of course there were not any face cloths.

Unfortunately I have to confirm what other reviews have said. On the first day you choose how you'd like your room to be cleaned. When we clme back to the room the bed is BARELY redone. On the second day as we didn't get another paper to choose how it was to be cleaned, we believed it was going to be the same day one but they did not touch the room at all. In general the hotel is not a 4 stars.

Great location, easy to walk to metro and cafes. The breakfast buffet was very nice, lots of choices and the room was very spacious although a little on the old side. One disappointment was the housekeeping service. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and sadly realized that it had not been before we arrived either as there were toe nail clippings in the bathroom near the garbage which were never cleaned up!

Staff is excellent ,very helpful all around the hotel,location is perfect ,close to attractions ,invites walking to many,including restaurants .However hotel needs refresh ,stayed there several times in the past 7-8 years and the only change was a bathroom remodel -very nice-but furniture is dated ,stained in places as well as the carpet ,coffee machine needed fixing ,some lights and phone were out ,the clock radio was gone from last visit and clock program in TV set was incorrect when arrived.AC worked excellent on 35 C days however and the large balkony is great to have

Fsntastic hotel with grest reception staff. Overall cleanliness was great other than we were there 3 nights and our bed was never made on any of the day's. We knew staff had been in as shower was cleaned and mini bar refilled.

It had a lot of extra touches than expected. Other than the fried items from breakfast that were a bit too oily, their food were all top notch
