“Family Friendly”

Good living space and located right off the main boulevard. The room service was from a nearby Italian restaurant and was excellent. The staff was friendly to the kids. Overall a great spot, and highly recommend it.

this hotel is idealy placed for all of budapest. with a metro station within 50 yards and an excellent italian restaurant the same distance you dont need to use taxis at all. the staff cant do enough for you and free internet laptops are provided in the lobby all in all 10/10

“Super quiet hotel/apartments”

Excellent in every way except for the bed having foam rubber matteress and polyester pillows that I cannot abide, this spoilt what otherwise would have been a perfect stay.

“Comfortable and excellent service.”

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, the management keen to respond to every request. The only slight downside is the lack of catering facilities, though the hotel offers to arrange delivery from a nearby restaurant. Getting a car into the garage is something of a challenge. However, this will be my preferred place to stay in Budapest from here on.

I can only say good things about our stay at this hotel.Everything from the cleanliness and design of this hotel to the politeness and professional attitude of the staff was perfect from arrival to departure.Myself and my wife found this hotel to be very well situated for access to all the major sights of budapest and also close enough to many restaurants and bars.This was our first visit to budapest but will certainly not be our last and this hotel will be top of my list for accomodation when we next visit.....SUPERB!!

“A real hidden gem of a hotel in Budapest”

The Izabella proved to be a lucky and terrific find. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate. The suite was spacious and comfortable with patio doors onto a courtyard garden. The hotel was ideally situated in a very quiet area just off Andrassy and only two minutes walk from a metro station. Our stay was a thoroughly enjoyable experience with absolutely no negatives.

“Excellent suite hotel in a nice location”

I'm writing this review from my apartment at Residence Izabella in Budapest. I've stayed in various hotels here (I travel here on business) and this is a favorite. Great amenities, beautiful european decor, clean, air conditioned (it's hot in Budapest today) and just off of Andrassy near all kinds of restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural sites. The staff speaks good English and were extremely helpful, right from the moment I walked in the door. I'll definitely look to stay here again during my next trip to Budapest.

The hotel was wonderful value for the money, quiet, elegant, large, well-equipped apartment, and around the corner from the 5th Avenue of Budapest, the subway and the bus lines. recommend it without reservations.
