“Surprisingly wonderful at a VERY reasonable rate.”

13 - 16th September 2010: As a group of six travelling together after 2 weeks on a European River Boat Cruise we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious self contained rooms and amenitites available at Queens Court Hotel & Residence. Each of our rooms was configured differently but all were comfortable. The gym, pool, sauna, spa was a haven after our days out sightseeing. Location was great too. We all had an 'encounter' with the washing/drying machines. They really need to provide a compendium in the room with instructions. We were travelling to Prague by train on the 16th and I called the restaurant to prepare some food for our trip (as suggested by the front desk). For a couple of pieces of fruit, 2 boiled eggs, 2 drinks and sandwiches we were slugged 48 euro, the price of 2 buffet breakfasts! Aside from that a great stay and would certainly stay there again next time we are in Budapest!

“Excellent small friendly modern hotel, great value”

We stayed for 2 nights in a silver suite, and we had a really nice stay. The room is modern and spacious, with good facilities, and was spotlessly clean. Good TV and internet service. The staff were all friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help when I lost my phone in a taxi. We will book this hotel again.

A very nice, comfortable, clean, hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location in terms of kosher restaurants and synagogues. Not far from the subway or the Danube.

“Queen's Court Budapest”

An excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was kept clean every day. Meals at the hotel were very good. Good location near yellow line and tram. Easy to get to the opera and no fear walking back to the hotel at night. Nice area. We would definitely stay there again.

“great hotel great city”

We stayed in this hotel 22nd to 24th september 2011 and it was excellent nice room ( ours was 001) good size with seating area and small adjacent kitchen with dishwasher!. A good size bathroom with integral hairdrier and reception had a good sample of adapters to borrow if you needed them which we did. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the center of budapest and all its touristy (is that a word) bits.A great stay, a great city and food and beer a great price what more could you want.

“Great value hotel in Pest”

The Queens Court Hotel and Residence is a modern comfortable hotel in District 7 but close to the nightlife of Districts 5 & 6. We stayed in a Bronze suite which is the most basic but ideal for a short stay. The room was above adequate in size and contained a fridge/minibar, microwave and crockery. The room also had a balcony which is ideal for any smokers or for the summer months. The hotel has a sauna, pool, jacuzzi and small gym. While I had no intention of using a gym on holiday a swim and a sauna made for a nice start to the day and recuperation from walking around the city and sampling the local beer and wine! It is a short walk from Andrassy Ut an impressive boulevard containing upmarket shopping and bars and restaurants. The nearest metro station I found was Opera just over 10 minutes walk from the hotel which is ideal for a trip to Heroes' Square or to the heart of Belvaros. For a night out close to the hotel I would recommend Liszt Ferenc just 5 minutes stroll away and containing a good selection of bars and restuarants.

“Great hotel in a great location”

Lovely hotel, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and our room was absolutely huge! The breakfast wasn't brilliant but I guess as lots of rooms have kitchenettes, it isn't worth them doing anything too fancy. We booked a package and got some gorgeous chocolates in our room on arrival, a very nice bottle of wine and also a massage each which was heaven and definitely recommended.

Couldn't fault this hotel/apartment. It was absolutely spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful. Really great having own kitchen with all amenities if needed. Lovely fluffy dressing gown & slippers provided. Location excellent for metro/ buses etc or just walking. Nearest subway is Oktogon. Very near resteraunts in Jokaii St etc. Would go again if ever in Budapest.
